DIRECTOR DEALINGS: AfriAg Chairman David Lenigas Buys 5 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - AfriAg PLC Friday said that Chairman David Lenigas bought 5 million shares in the company at 0.45 pence each.

Following the transaction, Lenigas holds 121 million shares, representing 8.8% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in AfriAg closed up 9.8% at 0.450 pence on Friday.
