(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

St Modwen Properties PLC - Birmingham-based property investor and developer - Hires Alison Nimmo as non-executive director, starting February 1. Nimmo was chief executive of the Crown Estate from 2012 to 2019. The Crown Estate, which manages the Queen's property holdings, is the largest property owner in London's West End. She also held senior roles organising the London 2012 Olympic Games. Nimmo is current a non-executive director of housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings PLC.

----------

Crouse also will be proposed as a board director at the next annual general meeting. He replaces George Fowlie, who will remain a board director. He also was vice president for Business Planning & Optimization at Canada's Barrick Gold Corp.

----------

Aminex PLC - Tanzania focused gas project developer - Jan Gunnar Opsal, a representative of shareholder Eclipse Investments LLC, steps down as non-executive director, effective immediately. He served as UK Minister for State at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and as vice-chair of the Conservative Party.

Inprova was itself bought by AIM-lised Inspired Energy PLC in the same year.

----------

GSTechnologies Ltd - Milton Keynes, England-based provider of wireless, electronic cabling, security, and other services to clients in infrastructure development - Adds Jack Bai and Shayne Tan to board as executive directors, effective immediately. Bai is a technology entrepreneur who is co-founder of, and leads the development of, the Coalculus blockchain technology, which enables enterprise-ready blockchain-as-a-service to financial institutions and enterprises, GS Technologies says. Bai led the subscription of 198.0 million shares at a price of GBP0.001 per share that raised GBP198,000 for GSTechnologies last week. Tan also is a co-founder of the Coalculus blockchain platform and is its chief marketing officer.

----------

Volex PLC - Basingstoke, England-based connectivity and power products maker - Hires Amelia Murillo as independent non-executive director, starting Tuesday.
