AEW UK REIT PLC - real estate investment trust for UK regional commercial property - Sells office asset at Eastpoint Business Park in Oxford, England for GBP37 million. Says price represents "significant premium" to carrying value as at March 31, so the sale will add 11 pence to net asset value per share. NAV was 120.63p per share on that date.
