AEW UK REIT PLC - London-based commercial property investor - On Thursday says its net asset value was GBP180.94 million at December 31, the end of its third quarter, up 3.8% from GBP174.29 million at the end of September.
The company's NAV per share totalled 114.21 pence per share at the end of the third quarter, increased by 3.8% from 110.01p per share at the end of its previous quarter.
Total NAV return for the quarter was 5.6%, up from 4.8% the quarter before.
Attributes the growth to the strong performance of its retail warehousing assets and yield compression of its industrial assets.
Declares an interim quarterly dividend of 2.00p per share, unchanged from the last quarter.
