Adriatic Metals PLC - precious and base metals explorer and developer - Announces potential USD244.5 million funding package for Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Consists of USD142.5 million debt financing from Orion Resource Partners (UK) LLP, for which a term sheet has been signed. Adriatic to also secure USD102.0 million through equity raise at GBP1.5174 per share.
