Adamas Finance Asia Adds FTI Consulting Exec John Batchelor To Board

(Alliance News) -Â Adamas Finance Asia Ltd on Wednesday said it has appointed John Batchelor as a non-executive director.

He is co-lead of Asia and head of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Asia at FTI Consulting and is based in Hong Kong. Batchelor has more than 18 years of experience in restructuring, corporate recovery and transaction advisory, Adamas added.

"On behalf of the board, we are delighted to welcome John Batchelor. John is representing ADAM's largest shareholder on the board which shows a greater engagement with our shareholders. He has extensive experience across the APAC region working with premier financial services companies," said Chair John Croft.

Shares in Adamas Finance Asia were down 4.2% at 28.75 pence in London on Wednesday.
