UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Tungsten Taps Former Worldpay Exec As CFO

Fri, 17th Apr 2020 13:16

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Tungsten Corp PLC - Hires former Worldpay PLC executive Chris Allen as new chief financial officer, starting April 27. Allen was CFO for UK & Europe at Worldpay, a payments provider that was London-listed until being acquired by Vantiv Inc at the start of 2018. Electronic invoicing firm Tungsten Corp said Ian Kelly will revert to his former role of financial director from interim CFO.

----------

Micro Focus International PLC - Robert Youngjohns hired as non-executive director, immediately. Youngjohns was executive vice president and general manager of HP Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. Micro Focus bought the HPE software business in a reverse takeover completed back in September 2017. Prior to HPE, Youngjohns was a senior vice president at Microsoft Corp and president of Microsoft North America.

----------

Intermediate Capital Group PLC - Promotes Antje Hensel-Roth to board director as chief people and external affairs officer. Hensel-Roth joined ICG in June 2018 as head of Human Resources.

----------

Armadale Capital PLC - Ged Hall steps down as director Thursday "to pursue other business interests". Says Hall will be replaced with "another well-qualified individual who the board of Armadale intends to appoint subject to satisfactory completion of regulatory due diligence".

----------

Luceco PLC - John Barton to step down as senior independent director from June 4 annual general meeting "to devote more time to his other business and wider interests", after four years. Luceco said the search for a new senior independent director is at an advanced stage, and Non-Executive Director Caroline Brown will serve as senior independent director in the interim.
