(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Fletcher King PLC - charter surveyors and fund managers - Executive Director Paul Andrews replaces Richard Goode as managing director from May 1. Good remains an executive director responsible for the company's investment department.

Armadale Capital PLC - graphite project developer - Technical Director Matt Bull joins board as non-executive director, effective immediately. Bull joined the company in 2016 and has led the development of the Mahenge Liandu graphite project in Tanzania.

Catenae Innovation PLC - Brian Thompson starts as non-executive chair and John Farthing as chief financial officer, as Kevin Everett steps down as interim chair and non-executive director. Thompson's and Farthing's appointments had been announced in January. To conserve cash, the directors have agreed to take part of the remuneration in shares.
