Abingdon Health PLC - York, England-based lateral flow diagnostics for healthcare sector - Raises GBP22 million in initial public offer on AIM market in London. Issues 22.9 million shares at 96.00 pence, giving the company a GBP92 million market capitalisation on admission. The stock was trading 9.9% higher Tuesday afternoon at 105.50p. "The money raised will, amongst other things, enable us to scale up our manufacturing in order to meet the demand for our AbC-19TM rapid lateral-flow test and allow us to further establish our global commercial and operational footprint," says Chief Executive Officer Chris Yates.
