Petershill Partners PLC - investment vehicle managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management that invests in alternative asset managers - Chair Naguib Kheraj buys 125,000 shares at GBP2.55, worth GBP319,375, on Tuesday.

Dunelm Group PLC - Leicester, England-based home furnishings retailer - Chair Andy Harrison buys 10,117 shares at 981 pence, worth GBP99,248, on Friday last week. Now has 454,811 shares, a 0.2% stake.
