LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Limited Tuesday said Chairman Peter Arthur bought 97 shares at a price of 212.695 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Arthur holds 39,069 shares, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the closed-end investment company were down 0.7% at 210.60 pence Tuesday morning.
