All Active Asset Capital Ltd - seeking investment opportunities within the global technology, software and artificial intelligence space - Decides to split proposed GBP11.5 million share placing in two, following discussions with placing agent Oberon Capital. Will raise GBP5.0 million in a first tranche of 62.5 million shares at an unchanged issue price of 8 pence on Friday. A second tranche to raise GBP6.5 million from 81.3 million shares will take place next week. It notes that the first tranche isn't conditional on the second tranche going forward. All Active says "unexpected delay" is due to a subscriber not providing funds to their broker. Has been in contact with subscriber and "confident" the second tranche shares will be paid for.
