All Asia Asset Capital Chief Executive Kurniawan To Resign After AGM

LONDON (Alliance News) - All Asia Asset Capital Ltd Monday said Chief Executive Sri Hartati Kurniawan will step down from her role after the company's annual general meeting, which will be held towards the end of July.

All Asia Asset said Kurniawan is leaving the company to pursue other interests, and the search for her replacement is underway. Kurniawan will remain as a consultant to the company on a project basis "as needed".

"My fellow directors and I would like to extend our gratitude to Dr Kurniawan for her diligence, commitment and contribution to the development of the company during her tenure of office," said Chairman Robert Berkeley.

All Asia Asset shares were untraded on Monday, it last closed at 19.00 pence per share.
