LONDON (Alliance News) - All Asia Asset Capital Ltd Friday said that it has appointed Akekachat Leelapanyalert to the board as a part-time executive director.
In a statement, the investment company, which focuses on investing in the Asia Pacific region, said that Leelapanyalert is a managing director in the business development and corporate strategy department of Apple Wealth Securities Public Company Ltd, a company providing securities brokerage and corporate finance services in Thailand.
Prior to his current role, he was a director in the investment banking department of Country Group Securities Public Company Ltd, where he worked on the 304 million Thai Baht fundraise and listing of DNA 2002 PLC as the lead underwriter, All Asia Asset Capital said.
Leelapanyalert started his career at Phatra Securities Public Company Ltd as an analyst in the investment banking department.
"We are confident that his background, network and experience will bring additional values which will be of great benefit to the company," Chief Executive Sri Hartati Kurniawan said in a statement.
