3i Infrastructure Completes EUR210 Million Ionisos Stake Buy

(Alliance News) - Closed-ended investment company 3i Infrastructure PLC on Thursday said it has completed its Ionisos acquisition.

3i Infrastructure has invested around EUR210 million for an approximately 95% stake in cold sterilisation firm Ionisos, completing the deal announced back in July.

At that time, 3i Infrastructure had agreed to invest as much as EUR220 million to buy a maximum 100% stake in Ionisos from Ardian Expansion

Shares in 3i Infrastructure were up 0.3% at 292.50 pence in London on Thursday morning.
