Bought in today and for long term on profits for Alphawave bid confirmed. If Uk and to it's loss, won' t value the future and tech shares correctly, other countries will only be to happy too.

Am rather surprised this has backed off a bit since the NY listing quest was announced - it's clearly a positive, given the more exalted ratings of fintechs over there, as you rightly say, 404x - sasa.

It will be interesting to see how the shares re-rate when it does move to US, which seems a certainty with Kaarmann's voting power. Definitely a loss for London, but from a shareholder point of view has to be promising looking at valuations of other fintechs in US, likes of Robinhood and Sofi right now pretty stellar.

Each Class B shareholder is entitled to nine votes for each Class B Share held, subject to any restrictions on total voting rights as set out in the Company's Articles of Association. Class B Shares carry no rights to distributions of dividends except on distribution of assets, up to their nominal value, on a liquidation or winding up. Thr US listing is the main reason for the spike today. It's going to draw more liquidity from US index trackers, and more interest from America's tech-savvier investor base with deeper pockets. Wise needs to avoid dividends, and focus on scaling up growth by investment or acquisition. Dividends are very old-fashioned.
