Team Share Price (TEAM)

Something must be happening behind the scenes here. On the 28th September the company borrowed £425,000 at 12% per year maturing at the end of 2024. On the 27th December they announce an aquisition and state it is subject to a fund raise that they will do in early 2024. On 29th February they announce taking on a new broker. On top of this, their accounts are overdue which has not been picked up by their Nomad. I wonder what price they will raise money at.

The last year end was end of September. They should have published their accounts by the end of January as they did last year. At the end of this month it will be 6 months. I wonder why they have not been suspended.

There last accounts for the year ended September 2022 were published in January 2023. I am surprised their Nomad hasn't suspended the shares as their 2023 accounts should have been published in January 2024 unless they changed their year end date? Possibly the delay in publication of the accounts is due to all the acquisitions they have made. My fear is that they have overextended themselves and there is debt overhang from what appear to be expensive acquisitions and very little money left in the tin to sustain this loss making group until profitability is achieved.
