So my point is unless it is extended by the bond holders then it would have to be paid via dilution

Market is already pricing in something here

One thing to be wary of and probably holding it back as this needs to be extended or paid

One important thing to note is that they have a convertible loan note due for repayment at the end of May this year.

Including the interest over ?2.5m will be due.

This is not covered by new working capital facility which only covers operational working capital,

Not sure why the drop. Financing was sorted back in October, and with a positive EBITDA, I can't see any issues on this front....

Opportunity to top up?

"The Company is also pleased to announce that it has secured a new working capital facility, ensuring support for its growth strategy through FY25. The funding takes the form of a receivables backed revolving credit facility, initially for £2m with up to £4m available over 24 months with eligible receivables over both UK and international invoices. The Board expects the facility to provide sufficient working capital for the business as it achieves its goal of an EBITDA positive run rate."

The volume is very low, just a few sells causes big falls. Until financing is sorted shares won't be at fair valuation !!!
