This is where it gets a little confusing with the addition of new shares, trying to work out the dilution in individual shareholdings that may have been reduced their percentage even having taken part in the placing.

Looks like Harwood will hold 4.4% following the second placing shares hitting the market in early Nov - way below their historic 14% holding. All current directors participated in the fundraise - plus incoming exec chairman Baines picked up 1.1m. Should get Q1 2025 numbers in mid November. SB

The second RNS states a further reduction from 8.55% to 7.69% on 9/10/24.

Hi SB, thanks I hadn't realised Harwood had participated in the fundraise. The first of the 2 RNSs released today say they trimmed from 9.19% to 8.55%. Ah, but that was on 17/7/24, so a very late release! The second RNS states a further reduction from 8.55% to 9.69% on 9/10/24.

In just 2 weeks, we're already significantly below the 9p placing price. Tbh, SB, I'm surprised Harwood subscribed to the placing. What are they doing selling for 8p and buying at 9p anyway? Not for the first time, I'm lost with this share and with Harwood antics.

Harwood/Mills sold 80k shares at 8p then bought 500K shares at 9p following day as part of fundraise - nothing to see there - other than their take up of the first placing shares was lower than historic investments - they have been reducing exposure over time. Perhaps they have no fund which specialises in venture capital schemes as it appears this was used heavily by Oberon in the placing. In total some 174m new shares are being issued in two tranches (taking all shares issued post GM late October to 333m); and so far we know Unicorn have picked up 19m; Sinai 13m (in lieu of debt - and now holding 37m); Jefferson River Capital 11m (now holding 20m) - so there are a lot more declarations to come on holdings. Interesting to see if Polar, Rothschild, Pentwater, GGH, Lombard picked up more. SB
