Full year's out today, and they beat those expectations above from 8th Jan:

"Total Revenue up 52.3% to £32.6 million (FY23: £21.4 million)" and "Adjusted profit before tax** of £6.0 million (FY23: £3.8 million)".

I'm happy.... but of course the price falls :( Maybe the MM's trying to pick up more shares. But 1% drop won't shake many out.

A couple of TR1s arrive this afternoon that Ennismore Fund Management Limited reduced their holding on 07/06/24 and again on 10/06/24, from 7.36% to 4.81% in total. I also reduced my holding this afternoon, although I was unaware of the Ennismore sells. Nothing specifically wrong with Celebrus, just getting a little frustrated with the lack of momentum and wanting some cash for (hopefully) a more lucrative punt.

2 x £3m trades late this afternoon equalling 2.643m shares out of so over 3.2% of the company I think.

Looks v positive, with several new contracts, and this:

"....reinforce the Board's confidence in both achieving full year market expectations*

....* For the purpose of this announcement, the Group believes market consensus for FY24 to be revenue of £32.1m, and adjusted profit before tax of £5.4m."
