APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey with registration number 62008 and listed on The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”).

The Board in its meeting held on 27 June 2025, noted that as of the close of business on that date, the Company held a consolidated cash balance of $462,000. In light of this, the Board has resolved to defer the interest payment due for the quarter ending 30 June 2025 on the 10 per cent Convertible Loan Stock 2025 ("CULS").

The Company is currently exploring financing options and will provide an update shortly. The Board apologises for this and will provide a further update in the next seven days.
