I'm surprised they have not called upon Rupert for some expert guidance.
traced back to Uppingham.
I admire on iii someone trying to help shareholders. The contempt shown by the BOD is shameful. With this company going into liquidation, there should of been some fund or some way that if what has happened happens then the shareholders should receive something. I would like to see the BOD taken to court and stripped of their assets to help the shareholders. Rupert Cole has not even acknowledged the shareholders at all Shameful
' without any impediment'
CC, Now knowing what a C*c$sucker Cole is your oil is more likely petroleum jelly mixed with Marmite, Ruppee could never miss an opportunity to screw the shareholders ... I do want to know as much as possible concerning the nonsense that has gone on here under Ruppe's tutilege, I IMAGINE IT WILL BE QUITE JAW DROPPING AT TIMES! No doubt that is wishful thinking....anyone want to rent office space in Guildford/Aberdeen, I hear the landlords away & you could squat with any impedement as he will not be in UK for a while...
Mr toxic mrs overman doing fine early days though, yes everyone lost there shirt here I notice the resident gloaters are still here but I won't reply to them hope you and your family are fit and well you never know when your world comes crumbling down regards overman
Oversock has been taken out the freezer and defrosted.......
Leg end - I would ask the same question of you - P.S why diddent you cash in at £4.20? or below ??
Not practically CC but totally !!
He has no idea does he !! LOL !!
'Good evening mr toxic i see you have not lost your sense of humour' Just the shirt of my back though Overman. No not really, but a tough lesson indeed. I thought (as you witnessed last year) that it was going T8trs up & surmised that even in a fire sale it would be worth 'X amount' per barrel ,hence my target calling as I was averaging down to what I thought would realise me a small profit if it did go wrong. Well as we know ,it DID go wrong & no I got it wrong...my 38p average did no good whatsoever, thats what you get for being a smart a5se , my 18yr daughter told me Lol Ah well Overman , hope Mrs Overman is faring well, its only money as you well know ...
Mr cat why is cole keeping the other company clean xer what's in it for him
No, I'm a hedge-fund boiler room bond holder false flag operative, obviously. Seriously though, the chance of getting any money back from Xcite at this point is practically zero, so there's little point continuing to speculate on what may happen next. Perhaps you're all just waiting to find out who gets Bentley to get closure? I've already got some Bentley crude, so I've got my closure, although it was the most expensive oil I've ever bought.
ceilingcat: I really don't know why people are continuing to post here! Why are you continuing to post here? I take it you are not one of the people.....
Good evening mr toxic i see you have not lost your sense of humour
There's only one way to answer that CC... `When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea' Good old Eric...
You're waiting on nothing at this point. You shares became worthless when the company called in the liquidators. If that wasn't sufficient, they've since announced that there will be no money returned to shareholders. I really don't know why people are continuing to post here!
All shareholders of Xel have been shafted by Rupert Cole & his band of merry men. These shares are utterly worthless. Rupert might even have the front to ask for more, If this fire sale does not cover BH's & Liquidators fees lol. It will all happen very soon.
Can anyone who is following Xel now, advise exactly what news we are currently waiting on and expected dates. Thanks.
maybe a question to ask the Liquidators ?
...just erased to make it a 'Smoother transition' to take our money to give to the Bond holders ,who , incidentally may as well be the ' Illuminati' as far as we are concerned. Hmmm talking of conspiracies ...it would have been nice to find the Turbines or at least a bill of sale...where did that money go ?
"he shoots - he scores "...Lol
Dear dear me Leg End - if your so "in the know" how come you did not know to cash in your 6p shares at £4.20? - "he shoots - he scores "
Ah here we are : XELRE: RNS tomorrow4 Jul '16 Bodog , there's the thing , incredible really...You see Leg-end revealed to me that he has been holding theses golden tickets since 2008/9 & his Shares stand @ 6p????!!!! Yes this self professed genius hsa(according to him) watched these go up to £4.20 & all way down to 6.85 & bob up to today's SP ...Problem is Bodog I think our own on the ball guy CC researched it & the values & times he said just do not add up ...there's a surprise , if I remember correctly he was awol from this BB for a few weeks smarting from the embarrassment handed to him Lo Good ol CC...ha ha ha....' Oh & leggit as for me being wrong all the time ... XELRE: The Energy Bill11 May '16 22 Jun 2012 Chief financial officer Rupert Cole said that the confidence shown by the leading consortium of financing institutions would lead to acceleration in field development while ensuring that the company is not subjected to high overall risk in funding the Bentley project. Plus he then dumps the aforementioned RBL .... So to then go onto a Secured & in most peoples minds a very expensive loan/bond deal (Secured now) so the news bonds deal is far more expensive than the $80million loan notes and are on much worse terms, not least because the 'New' bonds are now secured against Bentley ??? Just why would you make us so vunerable, now we just sit here like turkeys hoping its not going to be us when the door opens ...only Legends seems to be awol ...Just baffling...;-)
Remember him :-)
