Was expecting more from the sp. 10x revenue from this contract alone should give us $120m valuation?
$10mill revs, $6mill profit = £4.8mill.
PE 10 is £48mill (more msc close )
15p/share
Looking a good underpinned investment at long last
Well missed the rns as jet washing the patio! Congrats WSG.
More than doubles revenues here and wsg will be making cash for the first time in its history. Kooks like no placing to fund either.
6 million a year plus profit for over 10 years and no funding .
I always said I would reinvest once they gained another multiyear contract, not the crackpot ones they achieved with the ferry and Ghana - now they have it, they just need to manage it well now like they have West Africa, they'll need funding but wording of the rns suggests this will be a bit further down the line, hopefully at a higher price
Correct but you could have summarised that with one simple well known phrase:
Sell on news
What you haven't elaborated is the effect AFTER the sell on news brigade are out
Now choose which side you want to be
Rule1
or rule 2
Two vital rules of Share price rising,
1. if there's a big news anticipated and investors starts buying, sp will rise,
2. Sp spikes hard if Sp did not anticipated a good news
these two scenarios are are often followed.
so in WSG case Sp risen from 1p in Anticipation hence the no2 rule if forfeited.
see what I mean,
however had WSG shares didn't rise on anticipation, then after Rns it would have
...welcome to the dark side three putt...!

Ok I'll give it the benefit, I'm in, looks like good support here for when the penny drops
Cando66, Remember what you said two days ago in RUA about a 50% increase by midweek? Care to explain?
Listen guys Petroinvestor has called some brutal falls, so at least Acknowledge the guys pedigree.
Petroinvestor analysis makes sense.
BTW had the Sp was 1p to 1.6p then sp would spike on news
Sp already spiked on this news....... blah blah blah
what more do you want.... £12m Mcap at the moment!!!
Earl and Petro what a combination you have on the board feel for you all as both of them talk utter S H I T amazing how they always pop up after a RNS then try there hardest to bring it down. They both should go and get paper rounds
I said the other day Rsi at 96 is looking for trouble with and yes it was trouble from 4p
Rsi too overbought
put it this way buy was at 1p.....full stop
why peeps comes after WSG done over 200% and expects to make profits
look for other companies which haven't moved and news of big orders coming and Rsi below 69
From memory, PF was expecting the revenues from Cargo screening to be worth, in due course, a similar amount to the Airport Security.
All these ancillary services makes this a huge transformational contract for the Company.
A massive congratulations to WSG and PF.
AIMO
EarlofAim, This news is cooked. The DRC is corrupt to the core. Backhand payments alone are going to total £500,000 yearly to pay off the officials.
I'm backing Petroinvestor analysis on this, sounds stupid, but look at fowlers record, keeps scoring own goals.....
Earl of AIM is a comedian imho.. if he's thinking this will go lower.. then I'm more confident it'll go higher...
Funny how big news always attracts certain characters.
Seems highly likely that UKEF will be involved, making govt backed debt finance highly likely.
Jeez
DRC airports footfall is no more than Accrington Stanley football match 🤣🤣
Earl has turned up.....
Groan
Petroinvestor
I'm not going to argue on your calculations here... knowing fowler, what has he been doing last 10 years???
Time to sit back and wait for the full re-rate over the next couple of months.
For those with spare funds they didn't throw in here, MAST just released an awesome RNS this morning, could do a very nice rise. in fact 2p target! hurry up
DRC contract is worth ZERO, will cost the company just over 1 million in loss.

Interesting.... care to back that up with a calculation?
