another delayed 250k trade gone though I see - second today
Can I have the last word please? :-)
If that's the case Ian then we should know within a day or two through a holdings RNS as the 4x250k trades alone take them down to just above the 3% threshold.
Thanks all, seems notification is looming then , I also agree that cc bailing her s due to external factors and not the future prospects of wsg which seem fine. B
The cc sells are not just the 250k,s .i think also 100ks 50ks 25ks . Depends on volume on the day on how many they can sell.
The next threshold to cross is under 3%, so below 4.05m shares. They've definitely offloaded at least 1m (4x250k most recent being this morning) since last RNS, but I suspect that they could have sold between 300k and 750k more than this based on looking at the trades over the past week and a half (3x100k yesterday and a 445k trade are possibilities).
They had 5.3m remaining at cop on 5th July, so we either get a holding RNS in the next day or two to say they are below 3% or they will remain just above the 3% threshold at 4.3m shares.
Is there a threshold looming that if they cross, requires reporting. B
Listen - it ain't going below 10p on the ask short term unless the contract is pulled and SA jv terminated - 2 events totally unrelated to f***ing tea leaves. Even if CC dumped the lot, it won't go below 10p. [well it might for an hour or 2] You get the news first then the tea leaves follow.
End of - no more discussion - you can have the last word if you want
jim 10pish is ggoogd suupportt/ressistence but it was broken recently back to5.7p another supportt/resistennce aarea
jUST because nnominal vaaluee is 10p does not givee ssupporrrt as above iillustraates
Assuming its them, I believe there have been 7 or 8 250ks - so 3.3m left.
But they may have other size sells - who knows.
Frankly, with 10p being the base [for a raise] I'm not bothered about 2.5p. And they don't appear to want to dump at any price - yet!!
Ozzie:
250ks have appeared:
Today, 15th, 11th, 8th, 2 on the 5th, 2 on the 4th 1 on the first. Plus another 16 in June. It’s been a popular trading size since June 19th
Not sure if all sells.
Jimzi - are you keeping track of the 250k sells? Wondered what your thoughts are on how many Cannacord have left to unload.
Looks like a block of 250k again this morning from them, at least one yesterday that I saw, so that drag on the SP looks to be drawing to a close - assuming it is them of course.
the only way to answer misguided/uninformed posts like the one below is let the charts and the T LINE DO THE TALKING

Jim: why is 10p the bottom?
We have recent history of that not being the case....or do you mean for a raise?
This is a low capex contract. They won’t need to raise for it in my opinion. They may chose to raise once the SP pops on the the contract, but I think that’s more for general corporate purposes.
Plus they are running the contract now, yes it’s not at full capacity but why would there suddenly be huge capital costs that require a raise?
Perfectly possible - but at least you know 10p is the bottom
The SP remains static which is unusual given the constant buys coming in.
Whilst I continue to hold I’ve not added, we know that funding will be required for this contract, and I agree that it seems a raise is coming.
Threeputs post may not be popular but possibly accurate.
Just Imo.
Glad you are out, you can revert to type now.
I'm out for the moment.
It's a delay at the end of the day
Cynic in me wonders if rns is also there to create volume for Canaccord to sell into
