Deal. I reckon it get's released after close on 30 April itself or on Friday 27 April with very poor revenue numbers but followed by an unrelated RNS that is issued at 7am BEFORE the next trading day trying to take the pressure off. My guess is it is the Bet Butler mobile people have been talking about on other Boards. They did this on the OMT "acquisition". Announced it was off but then releasing the Chryson RNS before anyone could react (or mitigate the impact). I would be amazed if WGP missed the reporting date on their first attempt. The biggest concern is that the Bet 365 RNS and a new Bulford article on WGP did not move the share price at all whereas 3 months ago, an RNS was giving a big pop.
are you ready to take a bet on date for the publication of the accounts....maybe a large skinny latte says they will not be out by the end of the month
I think you'll find that the grandchildren will use Andrex like everyone else.
double or quits if share price reaches 7p u win lol
a single digit for the win! Double or quits on a blueberry muffin?
A Corporate Finanace friend of mine had been mandated to raise £1m for these people. He reminded me of this on Monday because at the time I was going to participate. However, the deal was stopped by Mr Riches when it transpired that the transaction would require certain restrictive covenants ! That was not what he wanted to hear ....so it didnt proceed.....now I am glad that it didnt ....
I bet you we get at least one single digit price this week. If I win the bet, you buy me a Grande Skinny Latte with two extra shots. If you win, I give you 20 Worldlink shares :-)
single digit share price this week?
Thought you'd come into a lot of cash suddenly!
if i had 18k i would top up in vir/zol/ldp and pma
ink
They had two separate draw down facilities, one for £5m and one for £10m. Both are conditional on a number of factors, one being that they listed (so now done) and I believe others relating to minimum market capitalisation (and a provision that none of the investors could own more than 19.9%). I also think they had some form of KPIs to meet too like commencing action against an infringer but can't be sure (just an educated guess). Therefore, I think that the £350K is actually a draw down from this facility. The price provision was something like 90% of the lowest weight price for the 2 weeks immediately prior to the draw down. So, it is not a new fund raising. This is good and bad. Good that they can draw down which I think staves off administration risk because they can probably draw down more on similar terms. Bad because to take a draw down with the share price this depressed means they probably need the money. If you add up their run rate and ACTUAL cash available from 2010 accounts and prospectus, they would have been close to the line after the Paros £150K depending on the level of revenue that came in. On balance, I would say it is a favourable development but for me personally, it got washed away by the Director "loans" issue.
I sold my holding here at a loss and put in all in GMG, haha. Out of the frying, straight into the fire and got burned again!
Now 14.5 to buy
if they are filled then the price doesnt move unless the buyer still wants more and is prepared to up his bid i see mr 22,466 day tripper sold for a 1.6p loss why buy in the first place if you are only going to hold for 90 minutes
15p to buy now
I suspect they will think it is a bluff until WGP actually Serves the notice. Any solicitor or barrister will say it only becomes serious when the Claim is served and the case becomes real (and costs can then be claimed). I believe WGP have 4 months from when they Issue (and the Court seals the Claim papers) to serve on the Defendant. Of course, a smart "infringer" might offer a very low settlement BUT with PR rights for WGP to claim a licence from them at an "undisclosed" fee. I would take that because the share price will still go up. I suspect you will not see WGP at the Admiralty anytime soon.
With regard to the action against City Index and others re infringements... It may well be that City index will contend that, since so much time has elapsed since the patent grant and this action, theycould be deemed to have "Ostensible Authority". If that were to be accepted then WGP might be Estopped from process of their action. Its just a consideration...
Moreforus what do you think will we go up today once those orders are filled?
