Thought they said they are going to reduce the headcount by how many?
Under the circumstances it is an excellent update. Strong order book of contracted sales, business underpinned by definitive social housing builds - as opposed to add-ons under s106, and no weakness on pricing, in fact the opposite. It is a good model for these times.
Strong business update. Topline but sales continuation positive, along with cash position.
What is with the director share buy RNS from yesterday - 20 shares?
I don't follow.
Thanks for the info
It will follow the agenda.

as anybody herd about pay cuts and redundancies in tomorrow’s AGM
Good evening. A meeting is being held in person but uninvited shareholders are not permitted. So it will be even shorter followed by an already prepared RNS.
Hi Raleigh I would have liked to have gone to morrow but would be grateful for an update from someone attending on this board, this company has some large contracts to get on with and I can see Mr Gerald Fitzgerald is a diamond
tomorrow may result in a very brief Covid 19 update - safe business continuity is probably the best that can be expected.
The ongoing emphasis of provision of homes to housing associations and the like for rental may in the shorter term prove to be something of a useful differentiator, with government conversely suggesting to local authorities they should delay section 106 provisions to kickstart private development.
Hi lolmcshizz a pretty good move up , good luck with your portfolio .
Gone skywards today - holding up the rest of my portfolio!
Hi Veteran10 great buy for your ISA the upside is it could double in 18 months as it was £14.91 before Covid in Feb. Regarding the broker it means HSBC are going to give a regular view of the stock a broker note after analysing the company hope this is helpful good luck Veteran10
I see vty is still ex dividend does this mean that those who buy now will not get the next payment whenever it is
Thanks Blueberries. The same back to you.
Great acquisition I agree. What has also impressed me is the strong leadership from the top. Greg is going a great job.
Vistry are going back to work on some sites next week
Hi Captain you no doubt looked at the recent aqui
The acquisition in January looks transformative , nice to see someone investing well Captain !!
I make regular purchases of this through my ISA. So before I am attacked, I am a genuine holder with a long term view. A joint broker RNS though means a placing is coming short term in my opinion.
Who bought half a million quids worth ???
Agreed Blueberries. This is by far my biggest holding. Could be a life-changing share for me.
This is my top pick share to buy
In January it bought Linden homes for £1.1 Billion and have transformed the company with this clever purchase . Since the deal the company has signed some good housing association contracts. Take care and stay safe.
All housebuilders were up strongly yesterday, those that have fallen the furthest are obviously rising the quickest.
Talk bout a leaky ship with yesterdays's performance news ? Shame.
Nice to see that the board are continuing to draw their rather large salaries ... meanwhile ... me, who relies on dividends has taken a 100% cut in income for the whole year ... and probably a reduced income thereafter as the dividend is "rebased".
Interesting to see isn't it how every builder regardless of cash position is cancelling the dividend at the same time ... kind of smells doesn't it.
Quite the case of "I'm all right Jack, pull up the ladder".
