Come on guys - let's try and ease off the in-fighting, eh?

This whole situation is of course frustrating, but let's not take it out on one another! We're all shareholders (if you're not then yeah maybe you can bore off, but otherwise...) and we all want the best from this investment.

Will happily eat my words this morning :)

The last few times we've had an RNS about an interview and we've expected some news to come via an RNS, that has failed to materialise.

It would be extremely odd on this occasion as it's been radio silence for what feels like an age... if we don't get any news I would either assume it's about Accustem (as it's not listed I don't think they have to notify via an RNS any news?) or that it's just another interview without new news.

Probably a slightly negative way to look at it, but we've gotten hyped up over these in the past, only to be disappointed - personally, for now I'm going to assume it's a non-event and will be very pleasantly surprised if I am wrong :)

From what I've read regarding main market listing, the only qualifying value is £700K MCAP which obviously would be sub-1p for Accustem lol

Ignore the £0.01 value - that's just nominal value as with any and all shares, it essentially means nothing.

We've had the topline data... we're still awaiting the additional data from the February RNS. He won't be able to talk about that on Bloomberg unless he gives us an RNS before COP today - not expecting it personally.

Someone help me out - I've watched 2 video interviews and read the RNS a couple times but I can't find the reference to awaiting the full data analysis within a couple weeks- can someone point me in the right direction as I know that's what we are waiting for, just can't remember the specific source.

Hi BMO3 - have I missed something? Has a trial start date been pushed back or are you referring to that lack of an announcement stating that a trial has started?

What a mistake that was - I get that the SP action doesn't make sense and we SHOULD be much higher than we are, but this board always turns to muck when the SP is on a downtrend.

To those who only come on here to post unbalanced negative views, do you seriously think that people don't see through to your agenda?

Amazing company, amazing pipeline - frustrating SP action doesn't change either of those things, even if it does make the journey less fun!

My Share Centre account moved across to ii this week, and I've just received the below from ii - not sure if ii users have already received this or if it's new but thought I'd share:

Demerger - Update

Further to our previous notices regarding the issue of AccuStem share to holders of Tiziana Life Sciences, please be aware that unfortunately Tiziana Life Sciences have still not confirmed a date when we can expect to receive the AccuStem shares. We have contacted Tiziana Life Sciences direct on a number of occasions however, no response or timetable has been forthcoming.

It has however, been announced that the Accustem shares will have a standard listing on the Official List and be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. A process is underway to seek admission to the standard segment of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Accustem Admission will occur during Q1 2021.
We are monitoring the situation and will update entitled accounts with the new shares as soon as possible. The ex-entitlement date for the distribution was 2nd November 2020.

Jack I've just complicated my Share Centre/ ii saga a little...
I hold TILS (with Accustem entitlement) in my x-o account as well as the ones in my Share Centre account - my Share Centre account has now migrated across to ii so am in the same boat as you. However, I've also now transferred my x-o holdings across to ii (in the next 6 weeks or so anyway) - so who knows where those Accustem shares will end up!

I've also asked a question regarding share consolidation/ reverse stock split - amongst other things! Didn't see this message board until afterwards though - it's probably worth "liking" all of the questions regarding this as they'll be able to see which questions are more popular amongst investors.
