I did the same smile with TILS sub-80p having held at 150+ and NCYT on Pfizer announcement day. And AFC down at 17p.

I keep seeing comments about 20 million warrants to be redeemed by June - that is not correct.

There are about 2 million warrants outstanding, to be used by June. There are a further 20 million options outstanding, however, the majority of these have yet to be vested (earned). (It's at the end of the latest warrants RNS)

I've re-read the RNS a few times and calmed down a bit - I can see that there are benefits here, but I certainly would like more information regarding the types of returns we will get from this investment - how much of the project does this £10 Million give us? Still annoyed about the shady way they conducted this though!

I'm a big supporter of this share - but this placing has definitely frustrated me:

* Why the 30% discount, this placing could EASILY have filled on the market with only minor discount applied
* Why are we funding the build, given that this was THE benefit of the Peel partnership
* Where is the detail? What stake does this afford us - what will be our return?

Pleased to see the SP hold up despite this news - but to be completely honest I am considering top slicing a bit to protect the impressive profits I've made to date! I've ignored all of the comments in the past about Mr Yeo, I'm a little less sure now...

At 158p I am now in the blue across all of my TILS pots (148p average on my original pot), even the ones with Accustem entitlement - average across all is 102.26p so I am absolutely loving this - and it's only just the beginning!
