SteamyWee ''Conveniently ignoring the fact (twice now) that you've been called out for predicting on the 18th Nov that the share was going to drop significantly.''
On November 12th it was around 16p (and as you remember when you were full of childish excitement exclaiming it was going to 18p, 20p and £3 and encouraging all to buy buy buy)... As you know I got in at 11p initially within about a week it saw sub 8p after placing announced and closed at 8p...
Are you saying to me that a drop from 16p to 8p in about 2 weeks is not a significant drop?? I find it incredible that you wish to defend the sp action of VLS especially considering the placing!! You are too emotionally invested here, I think you should stick to your day job, if you have one. Would you not agree that a loss over over 100% from November 12th to current sp is a significant drop???
Childish brags? Yeah I am really delighted about a 15% loss!!!! But I am confident I will get a lower entry price than placing at 8p...and make it back in due course.
Sorry to bump in your conversation @convb
I really doubt anyone will get a third chance to buy at sub 8p. But, you never know and nothing wrong in wishing a lower entry share price.
Peace. NoFear. (*__*).
NOFEAR I decided not to average down and chase it to the bottom...averaging down on AIM stocks is not a strategy I pursue.
I may join you in the 8's next week, but unrelated to the placing I think all stocks will take a hammering Monday morning as more lockdowns loom...so I may get sub 8p for those reasons.
Hi again convb (*_*).
I read in the news that yesterday Black Friday was the most disappointing day for many investors that got caught in the blood bath with those stocks primarily affected by the now in place and upcoming travel restrictions, the commodities and banks too. However, the leading covid vaccine manufacturers stocks flew high. Notwithstanding, the Covid19 vaccine maker BioNTech has come out saying that within two weeks they will have a solution for the new variant. So, imo, just like the many before variants that when came to the news scared the hell out of us, soon this new variant will be in the catch all one covid 19 vaccine as it get another update and promoted to those that needs the most.
So, finally, the worst of the bloody sell off was done all in Black Friday and many would had bought the dips in great stocks that got hammered and are still in their low share price ranges in comparison to some stocks that could do with more dropping as too expensive. Best of luck. NoFear. (*__*).
NOFEAR I hope you are right on Variant being dealt with so quickly... I am also in a few other stocks directly affected... but holding. If 8p is the bottom I will buy on the way back up and join you.
Mondays open will be interesting to say the least for all shares.
