Sorry mate. She's got me putting together a plastic shed on a windy day and on my own. I'm at my wit's end.
I cannot do your post justice. But can comment on the spiral of death deal, which still makes me angry. Exactly what did they buy and what has it cost us. More importantly what use is it to us. I'm still angry as no one has explained. All I get is radio silence. It's so frustrating and while the BOD is fiddling our sp is burning.
Why don't they sack the waste of space who agreed to the deal and employ a professional manage instead.
Will comment further when this shed is up....urghh
makes you think how can they be so completely incompetent on a regular basis could it be part of a plan ??
I agree with all of what you say ValJu. Unfortunately the BOD’s seem to be unaccountable for anything they **** up !
Was rather hoping for some comments, agreeing, disagreeing, etc ?
I mean am I the only one, who is unhappy with the way the Ehgo deal has been shoved under the carpet so to speak?
ie no explanation or clarification, to a series of actions, that has cost the Company £200k approx when we can least afford it?
Morning Freddie,
considering what some paid, a few years back, per share to now, you would expect many to buy and average down, and the volumes to me massive... but they are not? Doesnt that speak volumes in itself?
Again, something that has been puzzling me for a while now, is this Ehgo deal, that supposedly was a genuine error of judgement? Now take the level of intelligence in the Val BoD's all eminent scientists and professional's with a VERY keen eye for detail? I mean we are talking Bio Tech, where everything is checked many times?
So, how did such the humongous errors in this deal, get over looked, by whomever, from the Board who dealt with it, and then whomever double checked it and then the Nomads who would have had to approve it!
Actually get it to signatures and signed off, yet one PI maths prof, pointed out the issues in moments of it being RNS'D to us as a PREMIUM deal ?
How could so many be so incompetent I ask? and with an end result of Val issuing 210 million shares to pay for this mistake, made by so many ?
IMO THIS JUST DOESNT STACK UP ?
Especially when the Fit Bio IP was bought for 5000 Euro from Ehgo? Doesnt that seem a little cheap, very cheap? Or were the catalogue of missed errors of the above paragraph and the quietness from the BoD on PI's asking what went wrong and who was to blame and why was it not picked up, have gone unanswered?
I wonder, was the cancellation fee, the balance of the (true) fit bio cost? and maybe done this way, because with such poor cash flow of late, this was the only way to get it past the shareholders, knowing that they would never agree to pay say 200k for it, by 5k bargain and an almighty finance **** up, would be more plausible? Who knows, but, I am beginning to wonder about the competence and the way in which they do business at the moment?
Especially with no update on 201 to further substantiate the recent Rns and NOTHING on 401 that is supposedly in talks with SIX suitors? TWO of which have stated intentions, by LOI and yet we still KNOW ZIP ?
So many questions, so few answers and hence why we have an sp where it is?
Time for some new ideas and possibly a new broom, imo.... and SOON
It’s criminal the way we have been led astray, mislead with false promises, I’ve lost £10,000. Gutted but it happens.
Thank goodness 2nd trade, more sensible. Albeit 18months ago that would have been a biggie!
26 shares bought for 0.04 p pmsl !!
The worst thing was that around 8 years ago (long before the consolidation) I recommended one of my cousins to buy VAL, he invested £20K with the average price of around 0.65p, after the consolidation it would be around close to 70p. Over the years he kept asking me how the share was doing and why it kept losing value, I kept trying to convince him it would come good, but slowly it got to the point he could not bother to ask me anymore and now he doesn't bother to look at the share. Since that experience I decided I would never recommend anyone to buy share or say "well done" or "congratulation"...to anyone who buy in a share. You would never see me ramp or deramp a share, I say how I see in honest way.
I still remember at the last consolidation I got roughly about 150000 shares which equated to around £45K and at that time I was already around 50% on paper loss. You can imagine how much this share has been diluted in just over few years time. I cannot help but think that if VAL was not in bio sector and clinical research company then it would have been disappeared on AIM by now.
I was not happy with one of the recent rns(s) which said that the bod was carefully managing their current financial position, I thought they should have done it years ago then someone kindly put me to the truth fact that Satu earned £250K last year including £30K bonus, so I thought it was enough and sold all my shares at the end of July and got £240 back, those shares costed me just over £12K for them not too long ago.
Yes me to, or very close to your holding. I’ll be amazed if I get half my money back!
There's nothing to bail out with
And your still holding on for a miracle and the hope to make a fortune ,I bailed out about 5 yrs ago losing a few bob but learned a big lesson ....
If it Bl@@dy works we will get some sort of return. Some, I am afraid more than others. If I break even I will sleep better.
someone just paid £1,236 to buy 800,000 shares.
Over the years I have paid over £32k for a million of these.
