@Dracula1
Think what you like
When i comment to say I'm WELL RESEARCHED you can take it from me, I'm well researched
You don't need to point out the horrendous historic situation.
I would not sink significant sums into stock here if i wasn't researched but its my money my risk anyhow.
I am fully aware of the historic situation. In fact originally, i was bombarded by historic shareholders on Twitter and actually they tried to put me off investing here because of the historic situation, so i was extremely cautious and double checked everything, i can tell you.
My evaluation is based on the Risk/Reward ratio from here which i consider to be absolutely exceptional. In fact, i consider the upside potential as being absolutely stratospheric. The company is materially undervalued at this level my miles as i see it. We are not even at the market peer average yet... its an incredible opportunity.
Anyhow, to a certain extent I'm not that concerned with the past as i wasn't holding stock then, i know that sounds selfish but I'm only concerned with where we go from here.
The current Management team led by Suzy run a real tight ship. They make a pound go a very long way i can tell you. They have cut costs and run a real lean operation now. So much so, I'm actually a big advocate of Suzy having a major pay rise! that's not something i have said about any other CEO of a listed Biotech i can tell you. Normally its the reverse, they are well overpaid for what they do. Where as Suzy is materially underpaid and frankly I'm hoping that once the first deal is over the line she gets well rewarded. She has materially transformed this business.
Anyhow, most here know my reasons for investing i won't carp on..... LOL
Good luck with your investment decisions I'm building here and very happy about the future outlook.
Pork's
And can I add, I think you are a breath of fresh air Porky. Yes you promote like St Tropez did, but difference is you have been completely transparent with your buys etc and putting your money where your snout is. You are trying to get the masses to see and hear what a lot of us NOW believe and that is that Suzy has, and is steering this company and in turn the MCAP and SP to great things. Why not encourage new people to LOOK into a company to do their OWN research, that has pretty much guaranteed a deal with be done within 2 months?
Porky9. Yes Correct, "Battered by Poor Management and dilution"... "Many don't do any research". How much did You do?. Do You Actually know who the Management Is?. Here to save you time checking It. IMO, Almost the Very same except without Morris and Vainikka. That's the part that Really annoys me. Management that could have put a Stop to Morris's and Vainikka's non stop LTSHs Dilution Management. By Stopping Gross Salaries, Continuous bonus's, BIKs, etc being paid when Valirx was almost always on the floor Cash wise. Why don't you Check out this one Example and see why LTSHs are narked. See what was agreed to In Year 2018 Annual Report and Accounts.... Page 69. Plus Lots of other Non events. Well worth you reading It seeing that you like to keep up with the Co Information. I've written off my considerable Investment long ago. So I'll keep my fingers crossed that a Deal comes through by when they stated and the LTSHs that have any shares left get something back. AIMO.
@drshan
Just to say i really appreciate and thank you for your kind words
Hey at the end of the day, when it come down to it, if you hold shares here or buying in we all want to see the company do well and drive higher.
I think everyone will feel better at OBs £2.36 Party....... you never know...
Thanks again.. Take Care
Pork's
I never understand why people blame others for rampers or derampers. Just dyor , if you are happy to hold and believe in the management, company and prospects then hold until you are comfortable to sell at a profit or if it goes down get out if you believe it will drop further. Either believe in results, news, management, future prospects or do not. Blaming a faceless username for decisions on a social BB is madness. Turn your pc off and believe in news flow alone. Simple.
To be fair to you Jenny, I do sympathise with your view; I too was initially of a similar mind when the Porkster turned up, I too remember the shameless ramping of St Tropez (knowing he would vanish, like morning mist having drawn in many on the promise of 'certain' easy money) and thought Porky may well be one and the same. I have to say, I have performed a complete about face where he is concerned.
It would be churlish, in the extreme, to not acknowledge the tremendous amount of time and effort he has put in to collating, and presenting, pertinent information that benefits all (for both newbies and LTH) into an easily digestible format. He's bullish sure, but much of what he outlines is eminently realistic, and he has a 'significant' vested interest, has substantial skin in the game!
I have neither the time, nor inclination to do the amount of work he is doing in support of our share price, to inform potential investors of the value proposition on offer, but I do know that I am grateful for his passion and input.
I don't think it unfair to say that prior to his arrival, we were becalmed, adrift on a flat calm sea - for month's, only the occasional storm (read - manufactured pump and dump) to break the monotony; he's quite correct when he says it was depressing! People found A1 and his nonsense entertaining! The BB clown, entertaining some with his lies and crass manipulation/disinformation.
I bet you can guess which situation I prefer. I think many here should thank him, I'm more than happy to thank him. Furthermore, I also think he should tell the "you should get yourself on Reddit", do this, do that brigade to do one..... tell them where to get off. I'd have told them "I'm doing enough, but you can get on with that pal, can't you".
He's highlighting Suzy's vision for Valirx, the teams ambition to see those terms agreed, something signed - women's health, company strategy and growth into the future; he's doing it rather well. Viva Valirx!
Well i have not even heard of this Saint Tropex character poster from the past, sounds like a sun tan lotion to me.
I'm only concerned about going forwards
Small retrace today and we will be smashing it tomorrow. This is heading 74-85 range all day long
Could have timed my 100k buy better earlier BUT a couple of pence wont matter when we are north of our first pound...
GLA
I think we should be Grateful to Porky he has worked hard to get the message out to new investors.
You can not compare him to St Tropez ..
I'm not sure 'all guns blazing' is entirely fair - it suggests belligerence - which isn't really 'me' - not on that occasion anyway.
I have every respect for Adam - and am grateful for the insight he affords this board. Grace83 was (is) always worth reading given her degree of her knowledge in the field. I - along with the majority of the rest, am not worth reading. Although I do avoid peddling inflated expectations to benefit my own agenda. This is something 'Saint Tropez' had a proclivity for - and with ubiquitous abandon - echoes of such behaviour is manifest midst others here.
And - to be fair to Porky - if you can't be bullish when we have new management; no need to raise; 2 clinical-stage TA's; 1 IND-stage TA; 1 validation TA, and up to 60 others going through due diligence, all for a MCap of 30M, then when you can you?
It's like the inverse of 80% of the biotech AIM's.
What a fantastic opportunity.
I'm worried that we've all been shivering in the dark for too long, and are now in danger of shooting new members who come to provide some FIRE!
Yes - no one likes a pump and dump, but we are a long way from that. We now have real substance.
Look around at the peers and LesGO!
I think all these weak sellers although they have made a small profit they will kick themselves when the RNS comes out.
Rember its days or aweeks away can drop any time. im sitting on a nice profit but im not selling>:)
It's been a great few days. It is very positive that the shares are moving from non believers to believers and from weak holders to stronger holders at this level. I have actually been hoping that this would happen all year long. Also we allow those at lower prices to exit.
Now at a 30 million market cap and the pipeline we have with a deal here soon we should be at least 100 million market cap plus in the next few days/weeks. We should see a stronger rise and settle at a better price now that all this has happened.
So much to come we could have two quick deals one after the other and perhaps an operational update regarding PYC work and a new drug added in all in the next few weeks. Could be the explosive end to the year that we were all expecting. Great level to end and who knows VAL love an RNS on a Thursday.
I told you you came on here all guns blazing requesting some Gracie comes out the woodwork and the only one that talks sense. If that’s not attacking other posters then I don’t know what is. Good luck with your recent acquisitions maybe unless you know about the current runnings of the company then less is sometimes more. Just saying
I have no axe to grind - what makes you think otherwise?
For the record, I added more yesterday (twice) and again during the initial dip this morning.
I am quite content with how things are progressing. It appears however, that unless you are
posting an ultra bullish message every 10 minutes or so, you must be negative / looking for a
low entry point.
Again, please give an example of something I've posted that puts the company in a negative light.
The challenge is there - but no one will find anything.
To be fair you returned here all guns blazing aiming barbs at regular posters saying they were hyperbolic etc so as a neutral I would say reap what you sow. You clearly have some very big axe to grind
Porky9 OUCH! I appear, unintentionally, to have hit a raw nerve.
On three separate occasions in your 13:30 post (presumably to me - though your spelling appears somewhat wayward, so I can't be certain), you refer to me being "negative". What have I posted that suggests I'm negative? - Please delineate, I look forward to you posting examples.
Furthermore, apparently you "appreciate that I'm a very long-term holder", with a significant write-off..." Again, how on earth have you managed to fabricate this fanciful notion? - certainly nothing I've ever written here, alludes to such.
You appear to be putting 2 + 2 together, and getting considerably more than 5. But then, perhaps that's indicative of your 'M.O.'?
I look forward to a reply which adheres to some degree of reason & reality - or am I setting my expectations a touch too high?
@rhubarbmk2
100% agree
The data on 201 was superb but look at the previous investor base. Battered by poor management and dilution hence sentiment at rock bottom. Many don't even do any research half the time, so they don't even know what they in fact own a slice of.
I get accused of being ultra rampy and bullish but, when i started posting here imo its was the most miserable negative forum on LSE, honestly i don't know about being put off from buying these shares, some posters would have you reaching for a piece of rope. Never seen anything like it.
The sentiment has now changed imo, yes we still get negative LTH here who still want somewhere to have a bloody good moan but on balance its getting better. Moreover the share price is recovering.
No doubt Nick top slicing 500,000 shares at 50p over the last two days will give the negatives something to feed on as it effectively contras the positive TR1 however, we have a great company, the first licence deal will be worth many multiple of same and its now a case of WHEN and not IF, as such we will be looking at many multiple of where we are today hence its an easy decision for me also to ADD
GL
Don't worry Porky; anyone who reads your posts would know you're not ST. It won't stop the "knight-in-shining-armour-trying-to-save-other-shareholders" type, putting the boot in, though.
The way I see it; you get moderates, informed rampers (enjoying the ride), uninformed rampers (trying to spike), derampers trying to get in lower, derampers who have the time to come and complain about the old board, because they're no longer in and hate that, and the worst-type; the misery-loves-company poster. My God, I'd hate to be one of those.
I actually find it rather patronising to general shareholders that "the knights" think they need to shield them (either way) from "accidentally" selling, or buying, because they are evidentially all a bunch of imbeciles who can't read a wide body of posts, and come to their own informed decision.
Absolutely, and there's a sobering truth.
"Investing especially on the AIM comes with risk, you won't get it right all the time."
Hemo - I got that very wrong -45%
@JennyWorthNaught
Look I appreciate as you are a very LTH with a significant write off in value, you are a little pi@@t off.
I totally 100% get it, when this is back past our £2.36 party you likely still wont get your money back. I get it.
But there is no point coming here just to be negative, the past is the past.
Suzy can't change that, all she can do is make changes and do things better
For investors at this point, its possibly the investment opportunity of the year frankly. The first deal will likely come in at multiples of the current market cap. its a total no brainer and an entirely different Risk/Reward ratio buying in now to any time in its past history
Investors are buying in now because of the direction of the company. New management team, new ethos, new USP, legacy projects going further towards commercialisation and new pipeline products brought forward.
Now i accept I'm the biggest pro-ramper on this board, i will fully accept the accolade, i consider myself as that noisy cheer leader before the main event. Yes, will naff some off, but unless attention is brought to this great company, nobody knows about it. Unless its being talked about nobody cares.
So i don't care about some two bit historic pumper, i really don't in my case i have brought in, i'm adding and i'm backing them. So rather than waste your time here being negative why not bring some sparkle, be positive. This is such a great company.
If your holding is worth Naught as you proclaim either Buy more to down average, or capitulate your position and move onto a stock where you are more positive. What's the point in being negative? It won't get you anywhere. Jeeze i have some lemons in my portfolio, i have removed them now and moved on, investing especially on the AIM comes with risk, you wont get it right all the time.
I just happen to think the time is right now to buy here, each to their own call.
GL
St. Tropez gets a lot of flak. Yes; he was Uber bullish, but he was right about getting a good heads-up on the 201 data, and he was right in that the data should have sent the SP flying (I always thought 45-50p, incidentally, before partnering news; whereas we've now pretty much got that in the bag).
Where he became massively unstuck is that he (and me) failed to predict both how the RNS would be twisted and manipulated to sink the SP, and also the fact that many stale LT sufferers bailed or offloaded significantly.
I think, to an extent, we are still seeing a reaction to that legacy of events. People are still wary that the SP will spike and want to bag some profit now; hence the situation at the psychological barriers of 30p/40p/50p etc. In this instance, though, it's healthy, as new hands will enter positions at this new benchmark. And it is significantly greasing the market.
It's also good to get some level of rerate before official news.
Either way, I see no reason to believe that it's not currently a strong buy, but DYOR.
Yes, SaintTropez was the rampiest ramper I’ve ever seen and he skidaddled sharpish after the peak. He does turn up on other boards occasionally.
My gosh jenny! Yes it was saint! Remember that name, woah blast from the past! What a character that one was...
Does anyone believe in 'reincarnation'?
For those of you who were reading this thread during the summer of 2020 - in the weeks leading up to the 62p spike, does anyone remember the poster with the French sounding name SaintTropez (or something like that). He was an extremely bullish and extremely frequent poster here. I can't help thinking he reminds me of someone more 'recently arrived'.
Staint Tropez disappeared during the spike - never to be seen again.
