"Whoa! RNS.
That is close to the bone!"
Why? He said clearly in the video he'd done it 5 times before (debatable as to whether he meant £100mm or £50mm)
Just wondering which 5 they were, whats wrong with that??
Whoa! RNS.
That is close to the bone!
"Union Jack Oil: Proactive extended interview with chairman David Bramhill
Proactive" After talking about how your market cap needed to be £100mm to attract institutions he did say he'd done it 5 times before...I'm struggling with this one to be honest. If I recall Wessex was made an offer from Total for £71mm but turned it down, so thats reasonably close...
Here's a list of his previous and current companies where he's been a director...:
Cambridge Mineral Resources
Hereward Ventures
Pan Andean
Oil Quest
Nighthawk
Osceola Hydrocarbons
Wessex Exploration
Bluebird
Navy Avian Energy
---Current---
Union Jack Oil
Bearcat Operations Ltd
Corby Limited
Which of these got to a market Cap of £100mm (or even £50mm) whilst he was there??
Warmski - another Heid account
Get yourselves over to a winner. I hear Tullow oil will be 90p by 3pm
Warmski, good to hear from you
> it's game over.
What do you mean by that? You can only mean bankruptcy, surely? I understood that UJO was fully funded for the foreseeable.
eskibeatbeater - I've read this forum for many months now but never posted before today. I registered in November, not with the intention of posting, but to be able to filter out users (due to spamming on another share forum in LSE)
I'm trying to be optimistic on this. I too am well aware of the falling share price. This share was around 0.3p not all that long ago (or so it feels)
This share does seem to be traded heavily at every hint of good news. I read an RNS and the day ends down. Hmm. Share consolidation (as per UJO RNS) is (not using their exact wording here) intended in part to bring some stability in price. Having a share in many pence rather than a fraction of a penny should also boost recognition of UJO and help bring in new buyers and with some luck, larger investors (II)
We have had good news with Wressle flowing oil ahead of any additional equipment to boost the pressure. Not at well test levels of 500 barrels a day yet perhaps. I await a formal update on how it's going but expecting this to be after the consolidation (clearly as this is next week) and the 'squeeze' to the well.
UJO have increased some licence holdings percentages, most recently with Biscathorpe afaik. I've read views that UJO should get some profits in the bank before expanding in other licences and looking ahead at projects. While I'd like to agree, I'm crossing my fingers that the management are making good decisions. The assets UJO are involved with seemed good enough for me to invest my money. I may lose it or most of the value. That is a risk I've taken.
Heid now creating accounts to post to herself it's getting that desperate ??????
More good news? Do you realise where the price of this has headed in the last six months. If it went any lower it's game over.
Well done ! I'm impressed.
That is a very good interview that I re listened to last night.
I was also rather absorbed and left me in thought at one small part of the interview. Watch and listen very carefully.
Heid may (or not, I'm only guessing based on something I heard a few months ago) have been referring to an interview by "Proactive" with Mr David Bramhill on 30 Nov 2020.
I just had a listen on YouTube to video: "Union Jack Oil: Proactive extended interview with chairman David Bramhill
Proactive"
Listen from 17:15 to 19:00 (of 43:38 mins) where the UJO Chairman refers to achieving a Mid-Tier status and a 100m market capital. He mentions previous companies he's been involved with meeting this status, as I heard it anyway.
I am hopeful that as other have said here, that post consolidation 200:1 (if it goes through the vote) more, good news will be released via RNS. In addition, more II investors and things can pick up.
I am invested and currently down (a lot) I didn't see the past two placings coming. Lessons learnt.
Silence from the chief Ramper!
"This is business now, and David has done this many times before"
Really Heid, could you point out where he's done this many times before?
Still waiting for your response... or would you prefer me to do it for you?
This one is much better ...

I was just about to post exactly the same sentiments.
Where in the last seven years has any investor had any return from UJO.
Rhetorical of course as we all know the answer!
"This is business now, and David has done this many times before"
Really Heid, could you point out where he's done this many times before?
Obvious? Because it's nearly worthless and would be delisted. Now, they can run it back down from the higher consolidation price.
