Confirmed by latter from Jarvis. More expelled from FTSE I would say by FCA to save their reputation in allowing listing it in first place. Not sure if the Company is still trading. If so, then it will still be a going concern. Personally, have said good-bye to any compensation/refunds for sheer negligence to allow listing in first place and several suspensions. FCA made to look fools at others expense.
Yep, delisted. You win some and lose some I guess.
not rns'd yet - but corporate action appeared in my II account

I bought the shares through Jarvis in a nominee account but havn`t received anyinformation from Jarvis at all. I would prefer to have any info sent from the F.C.A. as they are the ones who allowed this to be listed after so called vetting before listing accepted. Cant see any refunds though should this one go under which seems to be probable.
Rocket you bought shares in Umuthi did the directors make any contact with you to keep you posted on what is going on.
Would you like to know. I think we must be able to add paperwork to this group so that everyone can see once and for all what is really going on.
Mandated and given a proxy by who?
This is wild speculative conjecture using this platform as a kind of validation and intended to manipulate share pricing.
Quote from extract: "Anthony Morris, the mandated representative of the largest shareholder group which collectively owns 40 million shares out of 92 million in issue, says the Umuthi listing on the LSE was a catastrophic failure at multiple levels: from the banks that allowed millions of rands in share sale revenue to be deposited in the personal bank accounts of Viljoen and Van Nieuwkerk, to the alleged misrepresentations that managed to slip past the LSE."
Posts are removed if they violate the LSE rules here for abuse, defamation et al - Posting inside information that is not public knowledge, or information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse. This could lead to an unlimited fine and up to seven years in prison.
There have been some serial abusers, so the LSE has taken action removed these posts and are pursuing the transgressor.
Does anyone know why posts are, or have been removed from here?
Nothing, website not been updated for months and months, I don't hold out much hope I'm afraid
Is there any other news about restoration of UHS and perhaps timeline of this anywhere?

Where can you sell the shares?
What drivel from BiggG with but one post to his name. More like ItsyBitsy G
Suddenly you are a qualified watchdog? You are at liberty to sell your shares if you have any and move on to another sector
Is there anything new?
Last post: hobione, 29 Jan 2022 01:46
Which is a positive if any positives can be gleaned from the RNS! I wait for restoration but I suspect that any euphoria will be tempered by a significant dilution! But it’s not ded… yet! Hobi.
Clear out the reprobates and deviants and get Umuthi Healthcare Solutions restored by 1 March
Finally, some brisk action and swift response from the Board
any thoughts on the update ?

Compulsory strike off discontinued as of 14th Dec
Lets take it and go pursue NFT's

Compulsory strike-off gives us shareholders a window to cash out by end January '22

Best case - sue in the small claims court. It is not too expensive and the FCA mat choose to ignore and settle.
any thoughts on what may happen here realistically - I'm with TW , I cant see it reading again ? Best / Worst case scenario's ?

It’s been removed from mine too. Looks like a total loss baring a last minute miracle.
With the compulsory strike-off being announced on the 7th December - it allows for another two months to get the house in order - or not
Is this now dead? UHS have been removed from my HL account

If the Board is open to an offer to minor shareholders, there is an opportunity for a or a group of market makers to step in and roll up the smaller shareholders who could exit by taking the offer and allow investment capital to underwrite the UHS growth plans
They have been forthcoming - taken a hit with some negative press and presented a go forward scenario that shows wisdom and strength.
The new UK based CFO is an excellent move. I know some folk here in Bath with international stock Xchange (mainly NASDAQ) that would consider this.
Not sure how anybody thinks there is a pulse let here... Choice quotes:
The Board of Directors announce that a Company director, Mr. Gert Viljoen, was arrested in the Republic of South Africa and has been released on bail. Although charges have not yet been formally put to him, the allegations appear to relate to over-the-counter sale of Umuthi shares, transactions over which the Company and Mr. Viljoen had no control or involvement.
A further update will be issued in due course.
In addition, a consultant to the Company, Connie van Nieuwkerk was arrested as part of the same allegation of over-the-counter sales of Umuthi shares. Ms van Nieuwkerk had no operational role at the Company. As a result of the arrest the Company has terminated forthwith the consultancy agreement with Ms van Nieuwkerk.
Trading Update
The effect of the COVID pandemic and various lockdowns has hampered the Company's ability to expand operations and advance supply arrangements in the initial planned timelines. As a result targets have not been achieved for the current Financial period.
Going Concern
Management is working on securing financing from shareholders and remain confident of the viability of the Company with their continued support.
The Board of Directors would like to highlight that as a result uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern without shareholders continued support.
Those were not huge buys and the media report out of South Africa of last week were grossly over inflated and sensationalist that really doesn't stand up to scrutiny off such a small base of shareholders and share trades.
Take a look at the trading of the other Health sector companies here and on AIM. UHS is a snip of a company and has done well to get listed despite the challenges which have been exacerbated by novice shareholders seeking the brass ring.
peronifund,
As I posted on the 2nd of June:
'Seriously - you guys think that the Market Makers sells 2 parcels of 360k shares and then drop the Ask by 50%?'
They clearly were not buys.
looks like we've been scammed , but what were the huge buys about ?????

Good to see that UHS is getting itself organised, although we could do with an update on https://umuthiplc.com/short-term-activities/ or a simple RNS from Phillip van Huyssteen or Gerhardus Viljoen.

I’ve already written this one off. Thankfully I only held a nominal amount.
FCA fcked up the due diligence, return the money to retail investors??
Or just a worthless empty shell ? No oysters on this one. It is a disgrace that no news has been releaesed by the Company regarding the progress of the FCA investigation. They obviously want to see what has realy happened as the F.C.A. allowed this Company to list in the first place.
If / When this lists again will the company be valued at anything more than the value of a cash shell?

I'm afraid I'm not holding much hope here anymore, the silence from the BOD is not pleasing at all.
Let's get this going and have the FCA grant permission to trade.
Board of Directors you listening? Anyone there in South Africa as we are going into a bumper trading period in London pre Xmas to get rid of the blues & Covid.

a fellow comrade in BioPharma - my Habibi
while everyone is checking their navel here - do yourself a favor and browse other Pharma companies on the LSE and for example, compare to https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChart.asp?sharechart=DDDD&share=4d-Pharma-Plc and because of UHS coming off a small base and with its resources and line of funding will turn out to be a darling.
Don't rush the goalie, let the UHS Board do what they have laid out in the prospectus
Apparently the Board will receive the greenlight and we can dispose of those awful dissenters who can offer up and sell their shares and UHS can move forward with alacrity pre December January
June suspension. Its now moving into October. Fca shambles.
Once trading resumes, we will buy
