A bit behind here, but just making my way through... Their silver forecast to finish the year lower than it is now based on a slow recovery of demand in industry and jewellery making - effectively they’re insinuating demand is at its low and going to pick up so I struggle to see how increasing demand, even if it is gradual, will see silver prices lower.
Volatile and “the devils metal” however... they might be right there.
There's up, and then there's UP. One of those three should increase value. All three would be great.
All three within a month would be phenomenal.
Would guess most investing in Aim don't read notes. We need a tasty target at EH, a good rise in the silver price, then a JV for EH. All these 3 will move the price up.
star, turbo
We are agreed that good timely PR is key but eventually whats in the ground and proved up will move the SP
Broker note is a cheerleader ra ra with a flat 3 month SP and not a document highlighting a reason to invest
Exploration values are hard to rate but thats what they are paid to do
SB yes fully appreciate that will look forward to your input.
You just know the doom mongers will be out lol.

It also has to show how one or more of the projects can be commercialised effectively. This precisely what Bill and his colleagues do. Their opportunity to add value is in execution. Whilst the much-heralded commodities super-cycle provides a useful tailwind, it will never be enough in itself to prompt a re-rate. That will come from successful exploration and project development work. Exactly what they are doing at present!
Not sure the II who too the 1.1p placing will be too delighted, I cant think for one minute this was the story they were told by TP and Bill
Having the baseline which i think we all agree 1p is, bringing in new investors is another
It needs new investors to churn the warrants
I cant think who in a commodity super cycle at TP thought this would make attractive reading
They are happy to take the fee's and the placing warrants but not put their reputation on the line
Says it all for me
TKIA - TP have basically valued what's known, and then applied an exploration discount. I think that's ok, but it needs to be understood for what it is. The opportunity for UFO is to come up with evidence that there is more to these projects than was previously understood. For example, the Mexico silver projects could easily be updated in terms of g/t AND the exploration discount reduced over time. Thus UFO has significant upside potential. It just has to do its job as an explorer, and prove that there is more in the ground at some of its projects than has been shown before.
Totally agree if I were Bill I would be having a serious word.
I also don't see where they get their numbers from.

I'd have liked a more upbeat assessment. But nobody can accuse TP promising pots of gold to the get rich quick rainbow chasers. Looks like the UK is going to jump on the U.S. free money bandwagon, that should mean that the price of silver rockets when hyper-inflation starts to take root. The only way is up now.

Hi Turbo, Not helpful when your in house broker puts out a 12 page document with an exploration value of 2.2p going into a potential commodity super cycle
Feels like the mechanics of the market have been ignored
My issue with them was they never valued the projects and now they have you think WTF
HI theyknowitall
Not seen you post for some time good to see you back.
Have to say I do totally disagree with Turner Popes Silver fundamental statement it goes against everything that is being published and talked about at this moment in time regarding Silver along with the comments " so the potential remains that Silver price could finish the year below the current level." REALLY

My initial thoughts are that the figures they have for the Silver projects look very low; I will look more closely at these. Hamersley is included at a higher number than I had suggested, apparently because they've gone for an 80% exploration discount (I effectively had 90%). But £30-£60m not the £300m-£1bn proposed here last week. Donovan2 I find hard to evaluate, so will look at what they've done.
I think it's really helpful that they have published this. We'll all have a view on what they've done, but it should make for a more useful discussion than NT to buy...
Hi Nap.. it does "feel" like we are about to see a Silver breakout.. the DXY is looking weaker again nearing key resistance levels - the FED is very Dovish for the longer term as they confirmed yesterday..
I dont rule out some massive dumping of contracts to keep the price in check.. but things do look like they are about to go north in that market..
it seems whatever beating it gets, its just coming back time and time again..
Yep. And that is with some substantial exploration discounts in the valuation.
Our current Mkt Cap is 37M and the Downside Valuation is 41.5M, so this would suggest UFO is currently undervalued.
Pops id rather a steady rise with true investors but then again, i suppose you could let them do what they do, but that is not the right way to make money if investors misery
Interesting SoP valuation. £41.5m to £82.9m, that's 1.2p to 2.4p.
I will take a closer look and comment later.
Tidied up my account today. My OMIs and GGPs are now FREEBIES .
My investment in UFO is bold. A HOLD.
If UFO goes further down I buy more out of profits
I made before. Good Luck to all investors. Shortsellers go to hell.

Insiders gain and muppets go down the drain on AIM.
Insiders know who pumps and dumps.
Outsiders have no clue and buy in good faith.
Dumping from 3 down to 1 ? Shortsellers FUN.
Silver now just over $28 again. They say if it finished over 28 on friday that we should be over $30
In the coming weeks
Norm im keeping an eye on it, that and the silvee squeeze with results coming hopefully out if this world and this will get pilled into
