Here is the company that shareholders will be able to buy and sell their shares through once Tri Star is delisted
https://jpjenkins.com/about-us
I have personally traded shares with this company before and it’s very simple and more importantly the prices are real, NOT manipulated by Market Makers.

Would be hard for TSTR to justify a sale acceptance for sub 30p if the plant is expected to be running at full potential within 6-12 months.
Not to mention the share was already trading at 30p+ knowing the plant was running at 50% capacity.
Dear Craig,
I refer you to the recent press release published by Tri-star Resources. We are currently executing a rectification project which aims to have the plant at full capacity in H2 2021.

I’m very happy to hold my shares here.
Thank you Krispy for the information ??
Since suspension the chat board have incurred multiple de-rampers to keep the price low. This is being managed very well and when calling them out, my post gets taken down.
I guess this post will probably be taken down for saying so, but it needs to said.

I mentioned people will make there own minds - and that post gets taken down. Something fishy going on here?
Bo-aim.. you must be heavily invested here the amount of posting you do for TSTR you’ve spent a lot of time on this one. You deserve to do well, fingers crossed ;)
(That’s assuming your invested, otherwise why the hell would you be wasting your valuable time here.)
Are you invested here Bo-aim or just running commentary?
All panic sellers have gone, the only sellers will be the 20-50% profit takers from the sub 2p entry’s.
The next two days will be blue no doubt about that.
it seems to me no one is selling and pressure is building GL DYOR
Then there is nothing to worry about :D.. I have tried to understand the take over code, it does seem to considerably protect us shareholders.
Claire Holdsworth currently works for Odey Asset Management and would be in charge/responsible of accepting any ridiculously low offer acting on behalf of
Odey Management, Claire would be responsible for any unfair loss to us shareholders IMO.
Play fair Claire.
For those that are unsure what resolutions have been accepted..
Resolution 1 - to receive the reports and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019
Resolution 2 - to re-appoint David Fletcher as a director, although he will resign upon the Cancellation becoming effective.
Resolution 3 – to appoint Claire Holdsworth as a director, conditional upon the Cancellation.
Resolution 4 - to reappoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditors of the Company and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.
Resolution 5 – to approve the Cancellation.
Resolution 6 – to approve the Re-registration and to adopt new articles of association suitable for a private limited company. A copy of the New Articles is available on the Company’s website, details below. The New Articles continue to permit the free transferability of Ordinary Shares.
The New Articles contain a drag along right, pursuant to which Shareholders selling more than 50% of the Company’s voting share capital will be able to require that the other Shareholders sell their shares in the Company to the proposed buyer(s) on the same terms.
I’m with interactive investor, when tstr delist do I need to do anything to make sure my shares get transferred to a new platform or do ii do it automatically?
@Firststopthemoon - I hope its a lot more than nominal value!
I have managed to get my avg SP down so will break even on nominal SP but agree with SL in that theres a lot more value here than 1p-5p.
I am here for the big prize - GLA!!
Based on your calculation that 24% = £48m. 16% = £32m / 95m shares = 33.6 p per share !!!!!
Very few people understand how ridiculously cheap these shares actually are . Opportunities like this are very rare and I believe that there will be a lot of people that are going to regret not having the courage to commit. I am telling you now that within the next 6 - 12 months these share will be worth at least 25 times what they are now. This is the biggest investment that I have ever made in my life and I have staked my reputation on it as I have convinced practically every one of my friends to buy them.
Just look at the facts. Four weeks ago the Omani’s just bought 24% for at least 48 million. They wouldn’t have done that if they didn’t know what was going on.
Odey has his own reasons for keeping the price low.
Just 2 days left.

Thats what we all need to do - to be confident in our investment
Someone’s feeling confident with the 1 million shares. £17.5k at 4:30 today.
1.2M wanted at 1.55.
Thanks Krispy - yes I was aware of that very sad news and sent my best to Wassatt Junior at the time but couldn’t go through the Roll of Honour without Wassatt taking prime position, especially on TSTR! Glad you made some back in EUA and hope we both one day see the 10p party here! I’ve taken a bath on these but c’est la vie I’ve also been fortunate on one or two from low levels like CPX & BIRD (the old FBT) and I’m mainly out of miners/oilies etc - the future doesn’t feel in that direction. To be honest, I’m significantly reduced in all AIM now - there’s very little truth (or perhaps it’s just sheer blooming ignorance) from the Boards and, on most, the word Dilution seems more like a creed than a financial instrument to be used occasionally! As a group, AIM directors are amongst the least qualified people to run their businesses - many are good technically at the outset but then flounder - and, as demonstrated by my first post in this thread, have no idea about realistic forward planning! On the other hand, you can certainly lose 100% on AIM stocks but where else can you make 500% occasionally - perhaps I’ll keep a few!! GLA
Lionheart
Are you aware that Wassatt sadly departed us last year.
Lionheart
A sad day for all us old timers. Many fallen by the wayside. I opted out in August at a loss of £8k. Put the funds in EUA and pulled the loss back. I bought back in last week at 2.2. And am happy to hold at that. When the sp gets to 10p I will have recovered my loss. I am happy to wait for the liquidation event or dividends along the way. If this goes T!TS (only the LTHs will understand that) up l can stand that.
Note to Admin.
I hope this Board will remain open for us to continue to exchange views.
Well at least we’re going north..
Keep the faith, In Odey we trust. Haha
