Well, that's it. Game totally over. Shares are gone from my trading account now.
Seeya around buddies, good luck in your next investment.

there worthless we get nothing
So what happens to the shares we hold?
Well, yes, the fundamentals were there, and IMHO the promotion of Mr Bryce was the right thing to do. Glad I didn't throw too much at it, but any loss stings.
Thanks for update. Article makes for sober reading.... ". A fundamentally flawed business model and questionable strategic decisions have masked what we believe to be a business with strong underlying financials".
Yeah didn't we just suspect this....

Good points - well noted. Thanks.

Although Toople was on the Main Market it had a Standard as opposed to a Premium Listing.
Standard Listed companies operate to lower levels of protection and unlike AIM there is no NOMAD.
The bottom end of the Standard Lost can be as bad as the bottom of AIM.
This share is listed on the main market not AIM. we all have our views on some aspects of AIM listed etities.
But this was listed and maintained under Main Market Rules. So - what's the difference you may well ask.
I would have expected greater oversight etc . from a main listed share. Don't feel that here. Hope we get explanations and soon.

oh well another loss
Agreed. Far to upbeat messages from the Company - Administrators appointed now.
Would have expected a more cautious tone from the company in the last 3-6 months!
Averaged down ffs into the fricking gutter, encouraging statement by the chief, now the company will be sold of and hey presto the same management team. Needs to be investigated by the fraud office
Ouch.
Let's hope so. any thoughts on delay?

Why have posts been removed ??
It’s not the economy to be investing in junk pumped minnow punty shares. Ride 10/30% swings - midcaps on the spreadbet. Each one of those is a bag a piece.
52 week lows is a good place to start.
Bunch of ossers no idea just issuing paper, need to be fossilised. A con from day one, hope they use their skimming for medicines ??
So not even our whizz kid business dragon could turn this around. There will probably be a buyer for the business at a basement price. No return for shareholders. First one of these failures I have had for years, a sign of more to come?Question: In what circs could a new company come in for the full FTSE listing? TOOP is not on AIM. Any chance shareholders may get shares in a new company?
Another afzal v ramp share
The issue here is Novum, GB delivers an acquisition, they've failed to get the support for it financially. What a shame Charlie and co have lost out.

Wishing the Directors , get their money back from their 2020 Buys ......
e.g
19-Feb-20 Buy Richard Horsman 0.95 GBX 41,666,680 395,833.46
There is better sub 500k plays than this, one I bought today, not this.
HFO- did he not hold most of the shares via a financial instrument? Does this matter? Appreciate views. Thanks.
The silence from the BOD is totally baffling, one wonders exactly what is going on here, surely the new CEO is not going to drive Toople onto the rocks leaving nothing for shareholders.
Current market cap is only £450,000, nothing more than option money, it is a binary play now, the last TR1 was back in March, a director of the broker Novum Securities increased his stake to circa 9%, at the time the shares were trading far higher.
From current levels anything is possible, but as I have pointed out before it only takes one piece of news to multi-bag the current market value.
Is it worth a punt, for risk takers around current levels probably so.
Last post: uNkwnTrader, 12 Oct 2022 10:59
I would say the same except moving to ASQE pretty much the last nail in the coffin when that happens.
Hopefully we hear something positive soon.
need a change of direction rather than a telesales office for bt. agree anything possitive at this tiny mcap can do a couple of bags all imo of course
Bombed out MCAP....right RNS...and multiple SP
could do a DKE soon...Fingers crossed

How do we get our CEO out of his cupboard ;-/

Either way at 600k MCap this company is oversold
Moderate risk. High reward
yes I held pre Aquis Rns.
had TOOP didn't rns the Aquis Exchange move Sp would probably be higher than today's SP.
Funny that Aklee cause thats what the RNS says lol. :)
the risk is if cash runs out before the move to Aquis Exchange then its game over for TOOP because on the main market it has little chance to raise substantial cash to keep it going concern.
Haha, that's funny Earl of Shame. I'm sure I remember you ramping TOOP not so long ago :S
Another view would be that moving to Aquis is simply a cheaper place to list therefore saving money. Main market listings don't come cheap
Taken a few grand at 12s today. This is severely oversold and should bounce back to 18s on technicals alone.
Add in some news and it multibags
0.012 GBX +0.0025 (26.32%
Hi - are you talking of £0.002 or £0.0002? Thanks
I think when its ready it will do several bags regardless.
11mill sells against 500K buys this morning. This is happening daily, I am surprised they are keeping the price as it is and not dropping further.
Another point, when is Gregg Bryce going to let us know he is still 'in the office'...he surely must have had time to settle in by now...Gregg?
It is clear the AQSE proposed move has spooked the market in TOOP stock however one wonders if this move is nailed on, it seems to revolve around a proposed acquisition, likely to be a reverse takeover but what if this does not proceed or is rejected by existing shareholders.
The proposed move is already delayed as the suggested date was on or around 23rd August, the market value of TOOP is now only £750,000, one would suggest if the move to AQSE is aborted the share price could quickly recover - not for widows or orphans but for risk takers there may be a bag or two in the share price depending on the outcome, news cannot be far away.
DYOR etc
That is not a good thing, most people will now need several hundred percent just to break even.
When you actually think about what they sell, its a dying market, this is f**ked.
Should be an RNS soon. Has the company got the green light from AQSE to transfer over?

Wow, you had your Weetabix this morning Earl.
You're only 3 weeks behind!
Financial and Operational Highlights:
· Adjusted EBITDA* improvement of 22% from (£596,000) to (£467,000) driven by 48% decrease in distribution costs and continuing tight control over overhead costs
· Gross margin improved by four percentage points to 35%
· Group revenue was £1.3 million for the six month period (HY2020: £1.5 million). Decline in headline revenues as a result of:
o Continuing proactive management of poor/non-paying customers with further focus on eliminating bad debts
o Continuing emphasis on DMSL business due to impact of Covid-19 on traditional Toople customer base
· Substantial reduction in bad debt charge: HY22: £19,000 compared to HY21: £43,000
· Active costs management and control realising a 14% reduction in administrative costs
· Cash at bank was £375,000 at period end
boom coming, new CEO has big credentials.
Yes #TOOP are hiring more staff to cope with “ A lot of New Customers” as per below so it’s only going to take an RNS announcing a new deal/contract, influx of new customers and at £1m Mkt cap it’s going to bounce back up strongly. Today it’s been oversold in my opinion https://t.co/tHzTDlQvS4

Going to have to take 65% hit on one account here and a 35% hit on the other.
F**k you Toople.
Sorry Greg...not Bruce :-)
Day after day the market is absorbing sells with just the rare buy! The broker/holders of this stock must now have a massive block of stock...can they sleep at night or are they building a position for a potential buy out?
I personally am truly p***ed off with them now but in too deep to dump them.
When Bruce took the helm I had a bit of hope but as yet he has not given us shareholders much to cheer us...not even a small supportive share purchase.
Cant go any lower, I hate to go against every post Ive ever made on these, but if the new CEO gets in now, at these levels plus a new company acquisition paid in shares, again at this level. Maybe it bottoms it out and might grow
Sold out on results at a loss. Thankfully didn’t put much in but still a shame. They will now delist I think.
Marmie

Yey.. Showing as a buy... Some trhith then!
Just bought a other just over 13 million...waiting to see if shows up as a sell in 15 mins :())
Likely to be a big consolidation upon during move to AQSE. At least 100.1?

mannnan,
"£350k
What can you do with this?"
Same as they did the last time - keep the wolf from the doors.
NOTE. TOOP are not AIM listed. TOOP are listed on the main market FTSE.
£350k
What can you do with this?
Need cash... soon it seems... to raise £350k might need a 35% percent discount. At least they know that there are many unquestioningly generous shareholders [aka mugs?] who will happily buy shares on the second hand market, so anyone taking part in a placing should have a reasonable expectation of being able to flip the shares for a quick 15% should they so wish.

Then todays buyers will all dump pre 0.0003 or close to.

It certainly looks like the sells are in charge this morning! problem now what is going to change the direction.
Greg needs to be doing more than he is doing at the moment...come on Greg let's have some action...
Everyone should be happy then, back to red, back to doldrums, back to negativity as so many love to see.
Have a good day.
Agreed
The market is a forward looking instrument, it seems TOOP is a growth opportunity with 'significant new contracts' and 'orders increasing and gross margins improving' The results today are historic but still show improvement.
For a company valued at only £1.5m the current prise is a great entry point for significant capital appreciation, this could, dare I say, be a candidate for multi-bag status.
Are you reading the same RNS?

Haha and just noticed it's showing as a sell..
Just put my £2ks worth on the table..
Some people just don't want to see good in anything...and want to impose their miserable views onto others, sometimes they will be right and other times wrong but why do they try to knock things when they have no more information than anyone else?
Good luck holders...
So you don't believe good news coming next week?

There appears to be nothing in the current share price for the clearly ongoing turnaround situation going on at Toople, the last trading update in March they said ...
"Overall, the Board considers the outlook for Toople to be very positive and believes that increased revenue and gross profit figures will be achieved by the Company"
Hard to understand the ultra low market cap (£1.5m) therefore, no wonder some believe the shares could be a multi bag winner in due course, possibly sooner than later.
A few more Tweets recently, first one stood out, suggesting a share price of 0.12p is a realistic target.

DR, Thanks for your NT explanation.
NT - no trade. You can't put in an automated order but have to place an order with the intermediaries (your broker) to buy / sell. And they usually overcharge or undersell so you come off worse. It happens when there's more demand than there are shares available to sell or if you want to sell but there's no demand from buyers.
missilee, nice to see a little movement in Toop, but I am lost as to the meaning
here of 'NT'... help please.
NT to Buy, something brewing
