Sorry to be a newbie, but what do you gentlemen/ladies expect to happen now? Are we likely to have a long period of 4p until the new management provides views on the future Tangent development?
u get a bidding war in sleepy backwaters of aim tiddlers
.
buy
I cd work out that 1.3-1.4 was dirt cheap..but nothing more than that
Interesting to see Bidco response to Whittle. An increase in offer price must be due any time soon. 4p must be on the horizon to secure to take it private although this is still cheap. I wonder what appetite Writtle have to increase-thoughts?
I didn't see bidding war lol
Tangent Bidco won't want to lose this. In my view the shares are heading north of 4p. Whittle see value in Tangent especially as companies such as VistaPrint are paying 2 x sales in purchasing online print companies which Tangent have being Printed.com.Should be an interesting week.
The independent directors of Tangent (the "Independent Directors") note the announcement released on 12 February 2016 of a possible offer for Tangent by Writtle ("Possible Offer") and announce that they are considering the terms and pre-conditions of the Possible Offer and will make a further announcement in due course. Tangent shareholders are advised to take no further action pending release of a further announcement by the Independent Directors.
must reckon they can force the offer price up..all power to their elbow
Jolly puzzled ..but £1.5k cash profit plus 90k shares aint bad
just to get close again to free carry...a few £100 away..and 160k left in play
250K @2.25p cash offer...tidy profit from special sit ...next
v cheap..may get cheaper of course
cd be v longer wait/drift
huge bagger potential
sounds wise....1p...or a little below..... may be excellent 10 bagger
will pony up at these prices? sub tnw....tiny EV/rev...surely a t/o candidate (but then so are a fair few others lol)
bought micro stake back...from cashed out profits ....still reckon sub 2p (below tnw) or even 1p (net net) possible ...doubt it is a scam like gbo (the Greens seem too respectable)
Celle que je suis avec
wonder how daddy Michael is feeling? ...I imagine this (£2-3m stake, rapidly diminishing if not disappearing) is not that material to his net worth (no idea about that, mind)...if it is a significant portion of his net worth, then I pity them ...run rate EBIT of £450-500k with limited visibility...so DYOR, but to my mind (not investment advice) perhaps worth 5-7 times (to be kind and accept some growth option value, but not much given management's uninspiring track record)...EV of £2-4m??...plus not a lot of net cash given exceptional costs in trading update ...MCAP half current??...sp of 1.5p? ...terrible effort by management imv
Keeping an eye on TNG, think they look good value around £10m all things considered but it would be a punt at this stage given the under-performance in the past updates. Might wait for the turn around trading update
terrible performance: roughly £500k run rate annualised EBIT, and little prospect of improvement ...why pay more than 2p? ...are the management team good enough?
which together with the weak outlook in the interims makes this pretty unattractive atm imv
