Sound results. Group growing, international growth, more acquisitions ahead. Debt falling, borrowing costs falling fast. Divi maintained. All good IMHO
Good upwards move indeed. We have always felt that the vast majority of shares are tightly held, but then some monster trades have shown, over the average market size by huge factors. What is that all about?
... On just a few buys. Investors topping up before the interim results and I guess Scotland's result has helped the markets in general. I think the Mission has an office in St Andrews, they must be relieved. Good luck all for the 25th.
The bid raised today, on very small volume. I think if we get positive interim results, the SP should start moving back up.
Fair bit of volume, and a very chunky buy at 49. Seems odd to drop the Bid, but then the dear old MM's like a bit of confusion.
the markets dont seem to think so given todays unexpected drop...
Expecting the Interim results sometime this week if last year is any guide. Group continues to grow, hope for further growth per company too.
Welcome to Proof, bringing further growth of the best kind, cash generative.
'Proof' that TMMG are ambitious for growth. GLA
Profit performance criteria satisfied, key people remunerated. Excellent work deserves reward. All good IMHO
Brief but all positive. Cash generated continues to impress, as does the consequent debt reduction.
Trading for the first half of 2014 has been in line with management's expectations, with revenue and profit both expected to be ahead of the equivalent period last year. The group's net debt fell from £10.7m at 31 December 2013 to less than £8m as a result of strong cash flow which is typically experienced in the first half of the year, and the group's leverage ratio (ratio of net debt to EBITDA) continued its downward trend, falling below x1.25 at 30 June 2014, thereby triggering a further reduction in interest rates.
Yup there's continued buying here.
A lot of appetite lately, far more trades than I have witnessed over the years I have been here. Still good value for the size of company IMHO.
Investment Summary Overall then, TMMG is very cheap, with a share price that is moving up nicely (has broken through recent price highs) but which has plenty of scope to move up further before hitting all-time historic highs, together with plenty of leverage to the improving UK economy. On Stockopedia's StockRanks system, this all adds up to a near-maximum 99 combined StockRank (Figure 6)! 6. TMMG's Combined StockRank is 99! - See more at: http://www.stockopedia.com/content/value-play-of-the-month-mission-marketing-group-84548/?utm_content=bufferac5e4&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer#sthash.rtxALSuN.dpuf
There certainly seems to have been an appetite of late, Hope we are performing well throughout the group, and paying down debt, as has been happening progressively for some years.. I'm always minded that this industry tends to be a "grow or be swallowed" scenario, either of which should be attractive to holders IMHO
Due next week? Still on a low per and hopefully the trades are indicating a good first six months.
Nice rise again
50p cracked but market cap still under £40m! Surely that needs correcting soon?!
I think I pushed up the price, it didn't take much!
Nice one funk. Possibility of a lot more upside here IMHO
I did........
Someone paid over Ask there. Nice to see 50p breached.
Thanks for the mention in dispatches :-) I have exchanged e mails with Peter over quite a long period, a helpful and friendly FD. This board doesn't attract that much chat, testament to the long term view taken by holders I guess. Still a lot of upside here if the policies followed over the last few years continue IMHO. We hope for the elusive "lollapalooza" year of course, but the growth of earnings, and the (hopefully growing) dividends make this a solid and satisfactory part of my pf.
Think Mrs F will be feeling a bit better off ! Tax reasons I guess.
