No bounce? Would of made more buying FDEV this morning. Something going on here. The price is anchored
But the two run hand in hand, you need to play your part to stop the rot and if a vote ofg confidence from her does that it's in her interests, Of course the company performing is key, but if there is an exit strategy for her, she has spare funds, and can see the value of the business being much higher then it's also a shrewd investment.
Time will tell but I feel like the TR1's from directors being dripped out is a strategy, and there's perhaps one or two more to be released.
They owe it to the shareholders.
I don't get that view. She's standing down and already holds 20% of the shares . Buying more however cheap now is going to bring her average down. I would of thought getting the company on track and attracting suitors would be the best option for her now if she's any hope on getting back any losses
Considering Bestwick has 30million shares and spunked a million taking 140,000 at £7. Surely she will also buy shares as the immediate return in the value of the ones she still holds will make it worthwhile.
I will be incredibly surprised if we don't see a bestwick vote of confidence, and I imagine that will garner more press than the others have.
Still a 'magnet' on £1.85, until whatever is holding it there disappears we're stuck.
Yeah looks a good entry point. She's gonna be a bit stubborn to rise I think but it will ! A good rise over at SUP which look as they flat lined before breaking out. Well done on that one. Missed that doh!
Interest rates still have further to fall Monty. The 185p were a buy , by the way. Its the price i got on the bell. They cant hold this down long.
I agree, sold down rather ridiculously - 250p within 12 months. Can’t get than sort of return leaving our hard earned in the Bank that’s for sure. It’s also a good ISA saber to tuck away at these sub 200p prices.
Just added again this morning. I dont think people have woken up yet.
They know that this company was very oversold and extremely undervalued. Heading back to 250p , in my opinion.
I'm starting to get excited about this share. Another 2 decent Director Buys yesterday. Think this will re-rate quickly from here back into the 200's
Biggest positive from today after the director buys was that the huge sells didn’t continue from yesterday. Must of the large on book trades were buys. Seems to be some shenanigans going on keeping the SP at current levels. Once they let it go it should rerate to mid £2s fairly quickly imo
Like she's about to blow
Hopefully more director buys reported tomorrow, and a TR1 later this week from major holders that they have increased.
I have to say this seems a prime takeover target now, all the major shareholders and the ex CEO all having taken big hits, and the latter likely wanting t cash out at some point. The price now being below IPO, a cheeky cash offer of £5 could be successful.
They've got a great back catalogue of games, and if somebody swallowed up a lot of their costs and wanetd their talent, that money could be repaid without too much effort.
MMs seem very keen to keep the mid at 185.
Fdev had to go and release that stinker today, has probably made some people a bit more hesitant about any gaming stocks, even though there's no comparison in terms of quality with that being a dog with no profits expected until 2026.
Something happening. Some more large trades showing ! All around this 185 level ....
Yikes! Something brewing. TR1s will be coming in over tge next week or so.
Poss in since IPO, hopefuully latter and will find out if former this PM potentially if threshold crossed, or later this week.
Vol Sold 204,684
Vol Bought 339,170
Looking very good.
Some chunky trades going through....

When you see large lines of stock going through at the same price, it's generally Institutional Business.
It's called an Agency Cross, usually conducted at the Mid Price so that it doesn't affect a Funds valuation - it just drops right into the portfolio (which is valued at Mid Price).
The MM's will facilitate the Business via their Sales Trading desk ( the Sales Guys and Girls who speak directly with the Pension Funds) and will charge the client a commission of 'X' Basis points.
That differs to a retail punter, who buys stock from the MM's via a Broker, where MM buys TM17 stock from a seller at say £1.83 and sells it at £1.87 to a buyer making a 4p profit on however many shares he sells.
Every little helps.

Might be a trade for sure but fundementally Frontier as a big avoid, did a deep-dive last year and came to that conclusion.
Their Foundry business which was supposed to mimic Team17's success as a publisher was a complete failure and they couldn't even publish a single mildly successfull title. Their core games are failing too, F1 Manager is extremely niche and will never get the same fanfare as other management games, F1 Manager 2023 utter failure has slapped them in the face that they can't release stuff like that every year, it just won't sell. The dev team themselves are solid but management has completely destroyed the company. A turnaround for FDEV would be something amazing.
This time last year, Frontier’s SP was over a 1000p, the Share even hit 3000p, a few years before. It look
Like a trade if it drops below 150p even for a hostile t/o.
FDEV has held back TM17 for a while, since Frontiers' business model and gaming catalogue fell apart. It gives us all a great chance to buy a solid growth company here that doesn't really have many competitiors and has a global audience you would only see at AAA gaming companies.
I seriously believe this stock will beat its ATH at some point and have been using the general rock bottom sentiment here to load up. Director buy with £200,000 of his own money just further proves the disjointed risk/reward here for the long term.
