Selective memory says 5.10p to 4.95p is a price drop , but 8.3c. to 10c is not a real rise?
Somebody is taking the rise for sure!
Don;t go on ADVFN Whizzer- the idiot just needs someone to retaliate to spout the same gargabe over an over again!
He'd have loved being PM and saying on PM Questions .... I refer you to answer 1 , 2 or 3 - that is all he has.
BBC messing up on Strictly voting online for the second time - persevere if it says you have used all your votes and the line has been lost!
Missed nearly all the dancing trying to get my votes in - such a farce! Signed out and signed back in , and refreshed umpteen times! Voted on previous weeks dancing effectively.
The strength of the pound (5.46 to 5.15 against AUD) reduces the sp on ASX to those number of pence.
Whether to buy at 4.95 and trust the pound will stay strong, or take advantage of the improved FX rate and buy at 5.15 equivalent - that is the question?
I am having problems with my search engine so it is achieving what I wanted it do - keeping me occupied.
ADVFN is now behind me, apart from testing my search engine and I thought the bully boy over there was respecting this.
He sums the week up as zilch - sp is still 5p.
My slant is it is up 20% from 8.3c to 10c and that clearly makes sense (will he get that?. nah) to me.
10c is holding well. When the good news is announced I wonder which exchange will reflect it first?
I reckon ASX, when the barman at TLOU's local in Brisbane is pourung their drinks.
I am up to series 3 episode 13 of the Americans .... and it is still brilliant .... but I see spies everywhere now.
40 episodes in a few days is really why I have been so quiet tbh. Still 3 years of it to go , it ran for 6 years.
Botswana get between 11 and 13 hours of daylight per day throughout the year - leaving the same numbers for darkness, plus more for dull days and when the sun is too low in the sky for power production. This sounds great if they only needed power for air conditioning, but how do they store it for lighting and heating not to mention fridges and freezers overnight?
It must play second fiddle to CBM d'you think
anyone have any idea what are the numbers we are gonna be looking at should we go for cbm/solar?
lager
I like the way your thinking ha
About 5 or 6 years ago I had to play a golf match against a guy and we started talking about shares, he worked for Schlumberger and that had been drilling for Sxx in Yorkshire, he told me that it was a massive discovery and I had a look at them but did not buy, the shares went from about 10 or 11 p at the time to over 40 p and I was kicking myself for not buying.
Such is life but if everything falls in to place for Tlou then I would think that 14p for Tlou could be easily reached and a six bag is not out of range.
Good luck.
At close my IG account is in proit on TOU/TLOU but the closing price leaves me out of pocket on SXX by a bit.
My other account , UK shares only, needs commercial gas flow confirmation like yours or good news from SXX.
I am more concerned about SXX tbh - I am fairly relaxed about TOU which , imo, is on course as a result of frugal , proven and pragmatic management.
Fears that they are watering down the truth whilst dewatering the wells to influence a share price at current levels make no sense to me! If they really feared commercial rates are unachievable at #3 and #4, they'd have added #5 as a production well for sure.
Not going to get into whose is biggest but I've got a fair amount in here and it would need to six bag to get me back to level pegging on my SXX stake.
your lucky Brad I will have to get past 14p to wipe out my SXX debts.
ASX has topped 10c tonight.
My sorrowful IG account , or whatever donk called it , is now in profit overall, TOU and TLOU have even wiped out my losses on SXX at present.
We had a guy in the dealing room at BP whom the successful traders always consulted. They took the opposite action because he was reliably wrong. I won't name him, I'll call him Donk's Dad.
Why would any sane person write Donk's post just when the share looked to be on the up?
