As per 4th January RNS:
“ The topline data from the trial is expected to be available in January 2021”
Again, they should not state dates they cannot hit. Should have learnt from this. Now on main market they need to act in a more timely manner. But we still have 4 more working business days in January, so let’s see.
Whimax, 6:20 on here

Poor form really as this goes against previous announcements
Thanks guys. I didn’t see the B.Riley chat.
So either this week or next then? I can wait an extra couple of days, assuming he wasn’t under promising with a view to over delivering!!
GL all
Which also gave rainbow chasers a few weeks to pull out if here and look elsewhere for some quick gains.
Hi Whimax...
Dr KS, 6mins20 into the fireside chat last Thurs..."We should be reporting in a couple of weeks from now"
No speculation, if you watched the last interview from the B. Riley Virtual Oncology Investor Conference you would of definitely picked up the point about the results being available in a couple of weeks
I think it's just speculation as I haven't seen any official update.
CEO said it on the conference call.
I may have missed it, but where did the story come from about “results not being released for another couple of weeks”.
Is this supposition or have been told this?
Genuine question.
News just in...another faller at the first fence.
All the more need for this trail to come good!
Never shoots up in a straight line, this movement is a bit similar to the LOVELY move back in end of July/ early August.
Someone mentioned a retrace to 144 before a move back up...expect the move back up pretty soon now we have hit 144.
Agreed re numbers of trail. They are tiny. I’m sure if released results are successful that in the short term it will have a significant difference on the potential uplift of the share price as supposed to a test involving 1000’s.
Covid Oxford vaccine consisted of 24,000 volunteers from U.K., Brazil & Africa between April and ‘release’ date on November 23rd.
If successful I’m sure it will ultimately still make the sp catapult but may take a little time and of course the influence of a major player putting a large offer on the table etc etc whom I’d imagine will want to see more results first?
Keep the faith and hold on tight. It was 90p a month ago. If we have been told it would be 1.50p now we’d of all been grinning like Cheshire cats!
The board really do need to have a good think about how they release news going forward !
They again look like they are going to miss a deadline, a one they set for themselves, and had no reason to over promise, which has now resulted in a fall in the SP.
In my opinion, this fall is 100% to do with news potentially not being released for another 2 weeks.
Someone needs to take control of the comms and start behaving like a professional outfit.
I love what they are doing on the pipeline, but when they miss deadlines, they really need to be called out !
a few points to make here spinnaker
1. There are 2 parts to the trial, one is Foralumab on its own the second is a combination trial with dexamethasone and data will be reported on both.
2. With regards to the size of the trial it was kept sm,all so they could report the data much more quickly, and if the data is good the trial will be significantly expanded. If the initial trial was a much bigger cohort data would have taken much longer to gather and publish.
I don't think anyone knows for sure if the data will have a significant impact on the share price, but I wouldn't be surprised, especially as the world is finally beginning to realise Covid19 is here to stay forever, and effective therapeutics will be required even with a successful vaccine rollout program
I downsized at 160 but was getting ancy - really think the potential here is very good so have bought back in this morning in the low to mid 150s.
As a holder of these shares for many months and currently in deficit, I am interested in whether my fellow investors consider that the current trial results will have much impact on the SP either way when released.
I am not an expert in statistics but am concerned that the tiny numbers of patients in the trial will likely be inadequate to show statistical significance on any of the parameters. Also it seems strange that dexamethasone has been included given that current advice is that dexamethasone should not be administered to patients who are not severely ill and on ventilation.
Am I misunderstanding the situation? Extract from relevant RNS pasted below.
The clinical study enrolled a total of 39 patients with moderate to severe COVID-19 who did not require the use of a ventilator at the beginning of the study. This study had three cohorts: control (n=16), nasally administered Foralumab (n=12), and nasally administered Foralumab with 3 days of priming with orally administered 6 mg dexamethasone (n=11).
Many thanks

LurkingNoob,
Can only think it mirrors Tils, 196m.
That also takes account of the sellers of ADR's since cob 27th Nov, whom will have to pass on their Accustem allocation of 1 adr for 2 shares.

Very few direct listings I believe mostly us tech like Spotify.Banks for big listing ipos anyway often have a covenant written in to support the so on the opening day.Not sure for all listings but as underwriters they can do that for some.Direct listings on opening day rely on pure supply and demand.
Dilution doesn‘t always have to lower the so.Ot depends on the buying in price offered. Are accustom raising much before listing?I wasn‘t sure.
Agree! Also MM creating a market so they make money! Tils is a share that moves so quickly in both directions and I can see news this week on the Brazil results with news also of joining the American fast track covid scheme. I cant see these two elements not being tied together with all of Tils contacts in the USA.
GLA
A few US firms have gone the direct listing route recently rather than IPO. The three main differences are:
1. It doesn't require banks to back the listing by underwriting the stock.
2. The sale is of existing shares rather than of new ones
3. it doesn't raise capital by diluting the shares
Has anyone got any idea how many shares are outstanding? Am presuming that the low opening cash position of Accustem (£1m?) makes this impossible unless the outstanding float is large but it would protect shareholder value and still be sold to II's
Seems to happen a lot where price will drop before news. All the big buyers/holders already in position so MM's can shake out any PI's getting nervous while averaging down themselves
And your point is?
Just for fun and to break the depression of watching the usual direction of the share price returning
Has anybody else got a feeling that should a financial version of this classic programme return, Tiziana shareholders could be involved ?
Agree, think traders taking the opportunity to dip out thinking they'll get back in ahead of an announcement...
Been at the bus stop this long, not popping back home to check I've turned the lights off...Sod's law says the bus will arrive 5 mins early...
