I canโt make the AGM but would like to vote via a proxy does anyone know how to do this? TIA
I did mine through my account at Hargreaves lansdown. Mine were mostly against!
Mine will be too. Whilst I'm pleased that the price is staging a slow recovery, this doesn't take away from the absolute sh!show the BOD have presided over
Mine was to put a rocket up their ar*se. Still wonโt achieve anything
Mattxit, means Mattxit
LD1973 ... I am with HL too and mine were mostly against ... needs to stop calling the 35% "fast money" and instead engage with them better

Wouldn't it be good if you could add a short comment to your votes on how you feel the FY has gone ? )
FWIW I have voted against all the directors apart from the newcomers, it would be good if everyone with a vote did actually vote as the board need to get a clear understanding of how p*ssed off the majority of us are.
Yespsb you swore that if the SP hits the 70s you were selling up and moving on.
What's happening? You weren't telling porkies were you?
Crafty I am disappointed, I thought you were following me closely but it appears your interest is only casual ๐ ๐ If you go back through my posts you will see I have said on a number of occasions that I use charting to fine tune my entry and exit points and right now the THG chart is all positive so you will have wait a little longer before I depart.
In the interim I will watch with interest how the man child responds to Kelso's excellent comments.
Will the impotent Chairman please do the honourable thing and resign. A disgrace to take a salary from shareholders whilst overseeing a train wreck corporate strategy. No shame for for some individuals that get rewarded and honoured for failure. He should be embarrassed to walk the streets. JMO Adyor!
Breaking. Sky News understands July 4th General Election.
If the election is on the 4th July, Jeremy Hunt should leave a note on his desk saying " the accounts are empty good luck" isn't that what Labour said when they got kicked out 15 years ago?
Yes that was Liam Byrne's jokey note that completely back fired
Rumour has it that The Communist Party, whoops Labour Party, is going confiscate all assets from anyone who has more money than Rab C Nesbitt. Lol ๐ ๐คฃ ๐
"Breaking. Sky News understands July 4th General Election."
Even the bloody Americans say the "4th July" so what does that make anyone who says "July 4th" ??????????
Excellent. 2 important votes in as many weeks and the opportunity to vote firstly in the interests of my shareholding showing a decent return on my investment in the short to medium term (2 years have been spurned already) and also to vote on how the last several years has impacted my living standards and who presents the best future prospects.
Got to be odds on now that there will be an interest rate cut at the next BofE Monetary Policy Committee Meeting in June and Sunak looks to be trying to ride the wave. He'll know whats coming.
As for here @THG imho it needs a "head cruncher" of a new Chairperson who can take overall charge, hold Senior Execs to account and take them to task for underperformance, refresh strategy and establish KPI's that align with the share price.
It's that big LSE Reform meeting with the Chancellor tomorrow unless todays announcement altered things and I wonder if Lord Allen, Matt Moulding or City AM will have any involvement. You would think its the perfect forum to get your message across.
