Yes I have been counting down the days also. Hopefully the investment is for a considerable amount of money. I like the fact no shares will be given as stated in the RNS also. Definitely an exciting time to be invested. Roll on next week.

That trade certainly stands out at 1p over the trading day high and halfway through the day...
It would suggest an RNS this week and given the 17th Nov RNS we should expect news with Monday representing 56 days after being granted granted a 60 day-period of exclusivity to carry out further due diligence and finalise its proposal.
RNS Number : 6881G
Tekmar Group PLC
17 November 2022
'Following a review of the proposals received, a preferred partner has been granted a 60 day-period of exclusivity to carry out further due diligence and finalise its proposal.
The proposal being considered represents a strategic investment from a global institutional investor in the energy sector, which would provide funding for the Company to follow an ambitious plan for growth, both organically and by acquisition.'
We should have an interesting week ahead

I think someone knows something. Not a pocket money trade that.

I was looking at that big trade yesterday and wondering the same thing...
£40k at 14.4771 ?
Strange trade that could mean we have good news incoming ??
Who just bought all the shares? Fess up.
They’re a great partner to have on board for sure. Another contract would be fantastic
Just need a 10% win of that contract and that would be a brilliant order to get along with everything else. It’s safe to say DEME like working with us. Fingers crossed
GLA
Agree with you Porter, DEME US landed a big contract there and historically have been feeding Tekmar contracts.
Under the contract, DEME Offshore US will be responsible for transporting and installing inter-array cables, which will have a total length of over 350 kilometres. The contract is valued between EUR 150 million and EUR 300 million.

Great news for DEME our EA’s / PC’s, who have just won yet another massive contract. Will be lovely jubbly if they slice us up another chunk of the work:

Great port Porter, hopefully everyone is loaded up now for the rerate and news that’s due.

The Dogger Bank A, B, and C UXO inspection campaign started on 8 June 2022 and is planned to be completed by 12 March 2023.
Dogger Bank Wind Farm, currently under construction off the North East coast of England, is a joint venture between SSE Renewables (40 per cent), Equinor (40 per cent), and Vårgrønn (20 per cent).
The project is being built in three 1.2 GW phases known as A, B, and C.
Once completed, it will be the world’s largest wind farm, generating 3.6 GW of green energy, enough to power roughly six million homes a year.
A few months ago, the developers of the project unveiled that they are looking into building what would be the fourth part of Dogger Bank Wind Farm.
Surveys were taking place in October at an offshore site where the partners want to develop Dogger Bank D, which would bring Dogger Bank Wind Farm’s total capacity to nearly 5 GW if built.

Agree DS. Seeing large wind farms and offshore pipeline projects being tendered for all over the world atm, with Tekmar already having their feet firmly under the table.
Lovely seeing this rise whilst away! Come on
Second place after GENI. Same again tomorrow or even more?
This year is set to be one of the busiest for offshore wind developers and governments around the world as a multitude of new sites are scheduled to be awarded for offshore wind farm construction...
Add in the O&G contracts, 'global' investor(not a globe) and recent news around fast tracking wind farm permits and I'd say things are looking good here. Actually I'd say Tekmar is way undervalued and could be a top riser this year ;-)
Well done everyone. +30% today so should show as a top riser on the LSE end of day market report.
Small free float and way undervalued. Very good day
I am still down as I bought all my shares when it was peaked last week so still down by 6.59%. Let it bounce for another 50% lol
Nearly +30%. Never seen a bounce like this before!
I don't think it's hard to see a few big orders announced from the enquiry/quote book, a big named investor coming onboard and the sp really taking off in the next few months...
Oil rig and wind farm contracts :-)
A lot were waiting for sub 10p but no chance now. Undervalued, multiple profitable contracts and an investor wanting in. Oh and tiny free float to help things along
Can see the traders trying to bring the share back down where they know they missed the bottom, but MM's ain't bowing to their games!
Looking very good, very tough to buy!
gla
It’s trying to break back to 16p now
