Seven major offshore wind farms have been given the greenlight to apply for planning permission by the Irish government.
Last week, Cop27 between Europe and the UK to increase cooperation on offshore renewable development.
The eight countries involved in the North Seas Energy Cooperation agreed to a target of at least 260 gigawatts of offshore wind energy by 2050, providing 85 per cent of the EU-wide ambition of at least 300 gigawatts by 2050.

Good article imo
Alot of rampers/ Short term traders, jumping onto the next spike. Them disappearing. You got to do your own homework...

Old presentation but I found this presentation insightful with plenty of company, product and market information.
You shouldn’t be buying or selling on the back of anyone’s ramping or deramping.
DYOR
I see JR moved on to yesterday's top riser, ARB with 14 posts in an hour supposedly ramping. As here yesterday, ARB now well down. A lesson is that as soon as JR appears sell.

Morning all!
If any of you are familiar with HARL, they are part of the Navantia consortium and their SP tripled when news of them being awarded preferred bidder status on a $1.6bn tender was released.
As many of you will know DEME are feeding TGP work and it turns out that DEME themselves are part of the consortium, so I personally expect TGP to benefit from upcoming collaborative works.
HARL also look set to build a series of wind farms, so even more contracts in the pipeline!

Plenty of other projects for Twkmar to get involved with and presumably work that the potential investor will bring to the table...

Surely, they can't sell at this price... People selling now are going to miss out big time. What a bloody strange market.
DS,
Can’t believe what I’m seeing here today. We are literally days away from huge game changing investment or a takeover. The future is offshore wind and renewables. Tekmar are the Global leader in their field of excellence. Huge contracts being won and more to follow. Very odd to see people selling now. Definitely a X10 bagger but my personal targets are a lot higher than that.

'The energy companies have reportedly been conducting surveys at an offshore site where the partners want to develop Dogger Bank D, which would bring Dogger Bank Wind Farm’s total capacity to nearly 5 GW if built, which could likely power approximately 8 million homes.'

Massive push from Europe for Offshore Wind Farms, strategic investor on the hook....
I'm thinking 10 bagger and people are selling ?
What am I missing
Thanks JR, great work over last few daysa nd your 20p today was a good one; hope your short is now closed and time to buy in. I have to say your strategy works on every share you post on.
The first-ever U.S. auction of leases to develop commercial-scale floating wind farms in the deep waters off the West Coast raised $757 million in bids, from mostly European companies.
The auction featured five lease areas — two in northern California and three in central California — about 25 miles off the coast that have the potential to generate 4.5 gigawatts of energy, enough for 1.5 million homes. Combined, the lease areas cover 583 square miles (1,510 square kilometers) of Pacific Ocean.

Obviously local windfarms will be front and centre for Tekmar right now but the opportunities for future contracts seems strong,
Hopefully get the RNS soon stating what’s happening with the investor/ buyout. Although I think investment will be the call here. Very exciting times. Starting 2023 with a huge win for us all
With a couple of USA contracts I took a look at some of the targets and obstacles for USA offshore windfarms.

DARLINGTON, England — Subsea Innovation, part of Tekmar Group, has successfully completed the design, build and in-house testing of a bespoke Bellmouth Repair Clamp for an offshore installer.
Using a "unique clamping design," the Bellmouth Repair Clamp was installed on an offshore wind farm in fourth-quarter 2022, the company said.
In October Subsea Innovation completed the design, build and delivery of 29 Pipe-in-Pipe (PIP) Waterstops to TechnipFMC for a subsea development project in the Gulf of Mexico. The company said those were delivered to a "demanding client schedule," achieved by working closely with its supply chain and TechnipFMC.
The company added, "We further expedited the delivery by applying knowledge gained from our recently concluded PIP R&D program. This contributed to the successful first-time pass of pressure and heat temperature factory acceptance tests at our premises in Darlington, UK, and post-bend pressure tests conducted at the client's premises in the USA."
Subsea Innovation’s Offshore Service Team was on hand in the US to support testing and onsite installation of the PIP waterstops
