Swanny you must have taken a very sizeable hit on that holding…
New from the website of Newmark Security (NWT), a very interesting and useful article outlining key physical security and access control trends in 2024:-

Security trends to watch in 2024
In an era where security threats are becoming more sophisticated, the need for advanced and integrated security solutions has never been more critical. As we enter 2024, several key trends will shape the landscape of physical security and access control. ...
Physical security
System integrations
In 2024, one of the standout security trends will be integrating security systems with broader business and site management solutions. Traditionally, security systems have operated in silos, posing challenges in real-time threat detection and response. Integrated security platforms offer a joined-up alternative, allowing businesses to efficiently unify security and business operations. Integration enables a more holistic and proactive approach to security, improving the speed and efficiency of threat detection and response.
For example, if a surveillance camera detects suspicious activity, the access control system can automatically restrict entry to that specific area. This level of coordination enhances the overall effectiveness of security measures, creating a unified response system, and is increasingly how organisations want to approach physical security. ...
Access control
... IoT integration
The Internet of Things (IoT) has transformed access control, introducing intelligence and adaptability. In 2024, connected devices will continue to gain popularity, contributing to dynamic access management systems that stay one step ahead of security challenges.
IoT integration in access control extends beyond traditional vital cards and PIN codes. Smart devices, such as biometric scanners and mobile access applications, communicate with access control systems to provide secure and convenient entry. This interconnected ecosystem enhances security and user experience, creating a more seamless and flexible access control environment. ..."
Remote management
Remote security and access management have transformed security capabilities in recent years and are expected to be prominent trends in 2024. Remote management can be a game changer for business owners, allowing administrators to control and adapt security systems without being on-site.
Remote management of access control systems provides flexibility and agility in responding to dynamic security challenges. Administrators can monitor access logs, update user permissions, and respond to real-time security incidents, all from a centralised and remote interface. This capability is particularly valuable for organisations with multiple locations or those embracing flexible work arrangements. ..."

I don't think this is correct at all, 10/11 subscribed and everyone else scaled back. Nothing else was sold although Tern did take out £180k or so from the transaction which looks a bit crazy rather than rolling it.
The suggestion on the other board is that Al sold a large part of DA to Ten Eleven at a heavily discounted price in what they are inferring is a cosy related party transaction. What he will get out of it in due course is unknown as of now - a seat on the Ten Eleven board perhaps? Think he needs to at least explain why he thinks this is a good deal and why he thinks the low valuation is fair.
Where has it been declared AS has been selling ?
Pretty sure that mark Swann chap is a private investor and posts on here.
From the other board - all looking a little bent!
DYOR. I did and discovered the following.
Al Sisto and Alex Doll are investors and on the advisory board of Noknok.com.
Alex Doll is the founder of 1011.
Al Sisto (as head of Tern) agrees to the sale of a huge piece of DA for buttons…to 1011.
Taking in to account all the supposed selling off by Al Sisto (and others)lately, does anyone feel that things are not quite what they seem in the Tern camp.
BTW I did email Tern asking for some clarity on the above..no answer, not a peep!!
I would love to buy in now at these prices but I don’t have one ounce of faith in the Tern BoD.
Oh my bad, thanks Brokeandafool. May I should check daily on my investment lol. my apologies Wanaka. So what do people make if tern now? Should ne write it off? But then Ten Eleven Ventures have just taken a significant stake, having taken Darktrace to ipo valued at £3 billions.
Ten Eleven Ventures
Look at the last RNS above......
Wanaka, where is the evidence for your claim of the seller? Don’t you think it’s a serious statement on your part which warrant link to evidence. Some newbies might panic and sell as a result of your post and maybe to see the sp more than recover in light of the new institution shareholder who took Darktrace to £3billions IPO.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day… however I suspect you will continue to be wrong.
Unless there is a dirty raise at a discount, or some dirty news can’t see it getting anywhere near there on the buy side. Volume is far to low.
In tern or wyld??
I see this pos share is down again!! When are management actually going to start doing something to halt this self inflicted decline?? Wish I’d sold last year when it hit 8p. I was underwater then but now we’re on the ocean floor!!!
2p coming this time
I see the large shareholder Mr Swann is selling down his stake
Where are the old rampers here gone? Very quiet these days aren't they.
Any news/progress re Wyld and SpaceX discussion announced in August last year? That’s 5 months ago, so maybe news soon
Time to get another order in and some insider trading now mr alastair! Long time ago

Richard Vincent, Co-Founder and CEO of FundamentalVR
Obviously the bidding war between AWS, Thoma Bravo, Microsoft, etc.. didn’t happen as the ADVFN crew predicted…
Minimum £1bn they said..
Are you deliberately trying to deceive investors or just acting like a proud parent Sweepy??
But given away for peanuts if they float it like Darktrace they will make a fortune but us PIs will all miss out as per usual
I think in order to get DA to the next level getting Ten Eleven on board seems like a no brainer, they have far more expertise in cyber security area than Tern, they must see something in DA that they like.
