It raised the sp 2.2% !! I have my self well strapped in!!
Someone pushed the boat out with that purchase, a whole 8,000 shares. WHOOP WHOOP
Shortlisted for an award....
Well they`ve got the expertise to open and run an AD plant on budget and on time. They`ll also be sharing in the future revenue and developing similar projects. I think the shares are underpriced. The only thing holding the price back are the Manchester retentions and confirmation of new projects. I believe the latter are assured.
The last buyer went even higher... 6.25p.. Funny old share this one... I shall stick to my PG Tips..
News of the new plant is supposed to be due this quarter and as for the retentions one must only speculate. Must have been a large one dropped if they still have not sorted though.... Remain totally relaxed though that this add at least another 25-50% on good news... Then I am mad!!
If I were that purchaser, I would probably think I've been shafted (not unusual in this stock) Trade done early but print delayed an hour and they are still offered at 5.75p The question is 'Are we nearly there yet?'
Unusually buy at over the ask. At some point we will get news of the new plant and the conclusion of the retentions which make this a good medium hold but the real potential should be seen in the next update.
Somebody bought some..
I was first tipped these shares by Fat Cat which used to be in Hargreaves Lansdown - it was a great little share tipping sheet. Sadly no longer. I think it was probably written by the main man - did anyone else get it? TEG was a dud but might be ok long term but there were some fantastic ones like Energetix - now Flow, GBG and TRX which are all multi-baggers well run solid companies. Struggling to identify potential multi bagger - Wandisco has absolutely fallen flat I dont see it coming back fro a while. Also all AIM tech stocks out of favour I sense.
Sorry my recollection was wrong - it was 3p on 25th June 2012 and I bought extra! Also I subscribed on the 8th July 2011 at 5p but did not buy extra. I was less sure at 5p. At 3 p I thought it was a bargain.
We have two pieces of news due. 1) Finalisation of the retention of Manchester and 2) The start of the Gaydon project. There is also possibly the chance of further deals.. I am waiting with bated breath zzzz
I am. My partner is a work. Since I took on a zero hour contract life has never been better. 0 work!! Off now for a wee ride on the Kawasaki!!.. Hehe. Toys ...
Thanks for the Dividend explanation..........obviously I don't find the correct Companies to Invest in. First bought these in August 08 at 43.25p (DOH & OUCH) When was the 2p offer? I can only remember the 3p open offer, June 12 and I certainly bought a few EXCESS shares. Me, I'm never happy!!!!!!
And if you bought at the 2p placement you will be happy.
Me too - as I said first purchase at 27p! But looks better. Not many other fields have guaranteed revenue for such long periods and rising prices - as in land fill tax will drive up feedstock and electricity is only going one way I think. There is also a demand for "green electricity". It's all about the management team don't you think? Will they cock it up? They delivered the last project.
I had hair when I bought these!!
I believe is when the company is generating cash and has enough and cant find anywhere to put it with a better return so it gives it to the owners of the company - the shareholders. One day, of course. Yes it is years away. These are long term contracts. Investment phase will finish. Capex is fully amortised, operation gearing improves and profits roll in. This is what the stock holder are for we stump up the capital. If you can't see it turning into profit why are you holding shares in the company? Why are you not in for the long term?
Apparently something that can create dreams!!! Sp looking softish again ATB
Must be dropped because of high frequency trading methinks....
Whats a dividend??
OMG! "One day there will even be a dividend". Still its good to have dreams. ATB
I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. My original purchase was at 27.5 in 2011! Seems like absolute madness now. Ouch. Since them clawed back some profit on selling the placements on the peaks and buying back in on the dips. I've always liked it due to the long term contracts and rising inputs due to landfill tax only going one way - still in paper lose but will tuck this one way now. What has amazed me really is how well people recycle their food waste - I think there is still a lot more of organic waste kicking around to harness. One day there will even be a dividend!
Not wildly busy on buys or sells today. The Astra thing is raising the Ftse 100 but overall sentiment across the others is not strong. Banks, builders and techies are well down over the last six weeks so think we will only see a slow rise towards my target price. We had a 40% re rate last week and so a breather must be expected but that could change on news of Gaydon or Manchester paying the £1.5 retention Overall I would say I am relaxed now about TEG.
