This is a temporary suspension. With a market cap of currently £2.5 million and an outstanding retention of £1.5 million this will almost certainly attract a buyer. If the retentions are resolved then the company has a value but it may suit some to put the whole issue into administration. I wrote this investment off about 3 months ago so come what may I will not lose to much sleep over it. It would be nice to see it rise from the ashes (Or nabure heap) but I am truthfully not very optimistic.. Take care..
sheet what a mess - sorry to those who are invested here - the coy had good ethical intentions
I love your last few words.......'Its a waste of time'........how true, how very true.
Yep. If Manchester remit their money they may survive by getting rid of the engineering part of the company but in reality it looks to be Kaput. At least the waste of space bod of directors will be out of a job too... They won't lose much because they have not got large share holdings. Without the engineering side it probably is not a bad little outfit. Myself will never invest in green or anything involving the public sector. Its a waste of time..
Oh effing great. What a load of Carp
Think it has... Seems the retentions from Manchester will go a long way towards the demise of this. Another debacle in the making as their "Flagship" recycling sites are run down the mast!! Now for the wolves to come out and carve up the meat..
Money will run out next month, Management need to strike a deal. Sell the Engineering side and Hopefully tie in some deal on the retentions.
This is not looking good. Still not a peep on the retentions and with each fall the prospect of PG wiping the floor with it beckons... With poor management this is being run into the ground.
Patience and a steady nerve is required at the moment. Many are throwing their babies out with the bath water and even Mr Buffett has admitted he got it wrong a bit on Tesco.. I think he too has lost his nerve on that and may be proved wrong.. Just been in this too long now to panic...
Yes, I am still holding but haven't got a clue WHY? I guess its too low to chuck out but then again if someone convinced me they are going 'belly up' then I would capitulate. In the meantime, the rest of my Portfolio is in the mire. I don't hold out much hope unless PG wishes to show his hand. There have been buys but then again they have been matched by the sells. My bottom drawer is currently overloaded. with CARP. ATB
You still holding?? Every cloud has a silver lining... Just for once Teg was ahead of the curve. It crashed on the 29th September. Two weeks have frittered away and still not even a partial payment of the retentions. There have been a few sizable buys of late but the trickle of sales stops any upward movement. Will hold now until the end game. Either they rise from the ashes or sink into the digester and become so much manure..
Keep the faith.. Fishwick will sort it.... Where's the bridge
I'm just about to climb on the bridge without my uniform. Hopefully they won't be playing the theme tune from the Titanic!!! Effing disaster looming. ATB
Yep.. some big sells. All the large investors are beginning to look shirtless and still Fishwick fails to advise what is the real timescale for the retentions to be remitted and how the bod think they can save the ship. July things are on the mend and by October they are heading for the rocks.. Need someone to pull a rabbit out the digester..Pointless selling at this price. Better to risk going down with the ship..
Some nice person has just sold 500/- at 1.25p All sounds pretty miserable to me, guess that person thinks it all going 'down the swanee' Oh dear.
The retentions now are almost 50% of the market cap. The "Solid Progress" mentioned in their July rns appears to be exactly as prescribed. They have already used up one lot of funding and methinks they will find it difficult to persuade investors to delve deeper.. This is looking very cheap for a takeover. I shall hold but fortunately got rid of a third of my holding before many spotted the last rns. I sadly was unable to sell all as on Hbos it kept going NT. Another green debacle made worse by a poor management.
The rns in July positively update.. "The market favours" So what changed?? Nothing and that is the problem. Not yet see PG offload though yet and he must be down a bundle....
Someone is not a happy bunny!!! Plenty of sells yesterday at 2p Hopefully there will be some late reporting buys and the statutory RNS. Otherwise....................a larger begging bowl required. NURSE
They really need a blankety blank cheque book and pen..The retention is now worth 25% of the market cap!! Its a joke..
You think you have seen everything on AIM. Do you remember Bernie the bolt........................Steady AIM, FIRE I would love a fire sale but I somehow don't think so. Still it could be a Golden Shot!!!
I have seen everything on AIM. Buy it out. Get rid of the engineering part. Tell Manchester theirs is closing cos they have not paid, Get shot of the directors and management and a new company buying this out will have a nice cheap little earner... Probably find though that the contracts to run the plants is not transferable. Never mind close the lot and sell off the plant.. The local authorities would be in the anerobic digester to use a phrase..
Don't know about any buyer circling but would love to know the rationale for the seller who dumped 678,966 at 2.25p yesterday. Seems they certainly rang the bell. Only need it to jump 350% and then I'm laughing. HA HA!!
Just jumped to 14% up. Buyer is circling.. This would be a steal and the bod can all get dumped!!
WOW, a settled Sp (albeit well below last weeks level) nearly 500/- done within the first hour and nothing for the last two hours. Guess the substantial holders are digesting the 'begging bowl' and inspecting its cleanliness.
this share - last two cash calls have been profitable but now all wiped out. Last year looked promising with Degenham delivered on time and on budget - what has gone wrong here. Retentions - if not sorted now I cant see them ever appearing. For sale???? Must be - real shame as I live in manchester and we need these sorts of companies to thrive.
