Sinking today...
tree shake 71p on the bid
But as said: https://twitter.com/business/status/1282242243038937089?s=21
The Guardian ? The last bastion of the capitalist.
markets absolutely dig job cuts news as it improves the bottom line and shows management in a good light, i.e. managing costs...so expect an rise into the 80s tomorrow...gone are the 60's at least...there could be some lingering 70's SP nostalgia but reckon heading for the 80s and noughties...??? :-)
Yeah, but it does not sit well with the hike in exec pay!

I feel for the individuals affected by this but In terms of business turnaround and cost cutting to run more efficiently and profitably this is exactly what I want to see
Let’s hope so bobby
Great week, onwards and upwards.
Up 20% from the week's low 62? Or was it this week 59p was reached? In which case, up 25%.
Well done to those that held on.
Have a good weekend.
UT 76.00
didn't see that coming!
Bodes well going into next week, IMO.
Be interesting to see if they release some form of trading update alongside the AGM (as they have done in previous years).
Yeah an since an April valuation of 150p 4x the stock have been issued. Making a new valuation of 38p - 50p. Happy dreaming.
just getting hammered.
a bit of confidence.
come on TED BIG push now. i've got your back!
dropping again towards 70p. SP all over the place.
maybe test yesterday's high today. c.76p
maybe 70p is the new support.
wow that was quick. just bounced off 70p in a flash up to 72/73p.
As soon as I saw 'simply wall street', I went no further.
Unless there's some dramatic revelation about TED or the wider economy, this has bounced now at circa 65p and is on its way back up. Won't necessarily be in a straight line, but that's the trajectory now, IMO.
If the hedge funds who are shorting this suggest TED should be valued at nav then maybe they should check out the nav's of tech companies in the US and short them. They talk absolute tosh. As for the website used that is referred to as simply bs...
Wake-up
Forget the cash it's gone in operational costs burn rate.
