Managed to exit today thanks to the article
NAV at 8.6p, ST valuation of sum-of-the-parts at 16.5p, well managed and growing business - I think still presents a very good value when you can buy at 5p. Lots of room for upside, especially in long term.
Thats a stupid statement to make. You may say its not the bargain it was at 8.01am this morning but even at 8p this share is cheap.
Let the dust settle first, its a long term play
Which means it's no longer a bargain at 42% up!
Made it to the top of Simon Thompson's Bargain Shares 2022
why the huge increase today?? can't see an RNS? thanks
It was hard to get any at the opening, managed to get in at 5p.
A nice write up in IC today but very sloppy being published and not edited to take into account todays news.
That was the one announced when the titan deal went through. Those are the financial highlight of the year I believe.
6th December interim said they would be paying one.
Am I missing something?
When and if they announce one
When and if they announce
Anyone advise when the dividend is being paid?
Yeah was looking bleak, they still need to buy another bunch of shares right?
.....blue.....
am i right in thinking that having announced that the net assest value per share is now 8.5p the BoD expected the share price to rise ? following the disposal it would be nice if they considered a special dividend to reward themselves and patient shareholders ?
Good morning.
Well the news from the week hasn’t gone down well with the amount of sells again.
BODs talk about 6.7p/8.4p yet people are jumping ship at 4/4.4p?
I think long term holders have seen it all before. They feel there is no point voting on anything as Raven and Cooke has so much power to continue doing whatever they wish. Reward themselves massive salaries, bonuses or shares for nothing, and all at the expense of the shareholders, as usual.
Voting with my feet. Just sold the lot. Better places to find growth or dividends.
Yep completely agree. No dividend for years, then this.
But then, what do you expect? We need to reward Raven and Cooke with gigantic salaries, dividends and expenses.
All in it together! Aligned with shareholders!
Pure greed constantly. Speak with your votes.
Robbed ! 0.0005p dividend following sale. Everything else held back for director dispersals at their discretion.
Pigs have noses in the trough.
1M+ buy must be half the share buy backs
Yeah I see you have been here along time, do you have any views or targets how this plays out?
Nice results and a welcome dividend
