4.49p to buy, bought 20k more, will wait till the market realises the deal here Crazy low market cap
The trouble with this share is its been pretty stagnant for a long while, not on many people's radar! It should pick up but then again this is aim so anything could happen, worth a risk though.
Yes. Does seem strange the sp is 35% below the deal. Looks like I have been spiked a bit at 4.9p but will hold these as should recover soon as market seems to have missed this one
Seems odd to me we are stuck at this price. £20m upfront after the deal is done could be used for some interesting stuff.
"Not going over 7p"? So you put no value on the remaining tavi assets?
Yeah, still has plenty of room.
Needs some volume
agree, SP should be around 6.5p, so 30% undervalued at the moment
I agree very good but it is not going to go over 7p when the company purchasing it are buying it for £40m at a SP of 6.45
very positive RNS and company doing very well, easy hold at these low levels, only 600milion shares in issue
Some slight caveats - "of up to £40 million" could still be less
The 50% we would get on completion, any idea how long this transaction will take? I assume a couple of weeks right? Terms have been agreed it is now just the legals?
because the market cap is far lower than the cash to be received plus the other parts of the business Tavi still own
Also got in today but why do you feel this will go to 7p minimum today? What is that based on?
Just curious
very cheap, managed to get 75k at 5p great arbritage chance here, expecting 7p minimum this afternoon
I have to agree I think this afternoon will be a different story
Very low at the moment
Fact is the market cap is now way lower than the amount of cash we will receive, this can't stay this low for long, expect a rally once the news spreads
I can’t see that anyone said the £40 mil is straightaway, but wether it’s £20 mill now and the rest over xx years it’s still up to £40 mill.
I think what is underplayed here is the 10 year earn out on top, that will add several more millions if they continue to use and increase assets
It's not 40 mil straight away its 20 on completion and 20 split over 3 years get your facts right no need to ramp the hell out of it .let it do what it's going to do I got in at 4 so will wait to see how it pans out but otherwise it's a good deal
$40m in cash
10 years return on top of that
$35m remains business
10p minimum should be achieved
Can’t believe this isn’t at 6.5p yet. This deal states its equivalent to 6.58p per share and doesn’t take into account the retained value of the half of the business they haven’t sold. Basing that in price around 7.75-8.25p is where it’s at
I just want to say congrats to anyone invested here from the “Powerhouse energy group” chat, great RNS
Prediction at close anyone?
4.5p being paid ... just for a start!
Wakey wakey investors, £16 million mcap company on Friday just sold 50% of business for £40 million CASH AND gets further benefits over another 10 years on top.
So, despite the deal being made ‘even better’ without concerns/objections, the 3rd attempt doesn’t pass either.
Confidence lost by oh so many. If you take Raven and Cooke out the voting, it’s embarrassing.
So where to now?
They have certainly misunderstood the bad feelings by many shareholders and dismissed them with contempt, arrogance, and ignorance.
I’m in at 7.5p. From the start. Along with many. I trusted, I believed. I’ve supported year after year. Dilution a plenty, failed projects, money wasted, free/cheap shares for Raven and Cooke. Mounting expenses written off.
Here’s a riddle.
Leopard, spots. changes, it’s, never, A
Who knows, maybe a free share incentive for the winner to find a well known phrase!
Open the books, let TEAM look and move forward.
Despite the low offer, it is hard to justify paying more with the current board of crooks in place. If this is the way out into a better management team and I don't have to sell my shares so be it... I would like to see Quilter get involved.
